“If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! Jose Madrid is excellent at his job! He is very friendly, professional, and goes above and beyond. They fixed my 2005 Ford Mustang and made it look like nothing ever happened. I was also especially impressed by this place because they are very affordable and efficient. I originally went to Fix Auto right down the street from Madrid Auto Body because my insurance recommended them but Fix Auto deemed my car totaled and tried to up-charge us by saying they needed to replace parts that were barely damaged instead of repairing them. When I saw Madrid Auto Body’s reviews I decided to try them and I’m very glad I did because they were $1,600 cheaper and had much better customer service. Everyone was very friendly and transparent and it did take a little longer than expected to get my car inspected and assessed for an estimate but it got done the same day it was promised. I ended up not having my car repaired with them as it would have costed more than the car was actually worth but they were very patient and gave me plenty of time to figure out what to do with my car which I can not overstate how much I appreciate.
