“Ever since i had made the mistake if going into this place, my credit, my life really has been upside down. I have reported this already, but strange i cant seem to find it. Wonder what happend. Not really, i would assume that somehow it was removed. I am very upset, but i will say that the manger onsite now Ryan, he actually understood and acknowledged the problem. Did what he could to make it alittle better. My recomendation is that ypu start having some standards and integrity. Treat customers right. Dont get caught up in decieving lending or dealing. Some people will not tolerate it. And if your syaff isnt aware they could cause your whole company to fall. Cisco i am suing you personally.”

“My girlfriend and I were looking around for a car for her. Then she found a car within her price range online, so we decided to stop by the lot a few months ago to check it out. The 94 buick regal (2 door) that she bought was very well taken care of. It was only used locally and had all the carfax reports and maintenance logged. All maintenance was performed at the proper intervals even though it was only driven for about 3k miles a year. It ran good, even had cool air conditioning and cruise control! We took the car for a test drive, the guy came with us and was helpful to answer any questions we had and was polite enough to bring up some light conversation. The staff was minimal as it was a small lot but they were not pushy at all. They even helped us call around a few places to make sure she had insurance before we left the lot. We had a good experience over all, she has had the car for a few months now and so far so good. Thanks CBJ auto sales!”

“Exceptional dealership to do business with. Called in for a test drive and they accommodated me with only a 30min heads up, had the car ready to go by the time I got there. They offer a stress free buying environment without being too pushy. They are also very direct and don't waste a lot of time trying to upsell anything or shotgun you into just any vehicle they can push off the lot which I can really appreciate. They're also willing to put the time in to close a sale without trying to rush you out either, giving a very well rounded experience from the sales floor to finance and everything in between. After the test drive I was able to complete everything online and over the phone. We got figures going without having to be there and completed all negotiation through text in a timely manner and met in the middle at a great price for both sides, streamlining a very historically time consuming process. Once I confirmed that we would be moving forward with the purchase they got the majority of the paperwork completed on their end. They also had the car thoroughly detailed and topped off long before we even arrived to collect it. We were in and out of there in less than an hour. Bottom line, this dealership is very accommodating, easy to work with and exhibit excellence towards customer satisfaction. I worked with Chris Stahl and Brandon Kimberlin. I'll definitely be doing business here again. Side Note: Their vehicle acquisition team offers the same great experience. We had sold a car to Nick a couple months back and he went out of his way to get us a great offer. Set a really high standard for customer service and overall laid the foundation for this purchase to even be possible.”

“I had an appointment at 8am on a Saturday morning and needless to say, it was already busy at 8am. Victor checked me in and said it’d be about an hour and half to change out my light bulb for my high mounted brake light. He offered a ride, but I decided to stay watch tv in their clean waiting area. He later informed me that they were just going to change the light bulb for me at no cost. Free 99!! and my car was ready within 30 minutes. As someone who works in the customer service industry, customer service is HUGE for me. it can really make or break a company and Victor exhibited excellent customer service today. He exceeded my expectations and even made my day. One of the many reasons, why I will continue to come back here when my car is in need of a service. Thank you again!! ?”
