“This place is dedicated to doing the right thing for a customer. I came to them the first time to help them troubleshoot a mysterious problem with my RVs front end that nobody had successfully been able to troubleshoot. Peter found the problem and corrected it at almost no cost in a few hours. A year later I came to them again, and they were able to help me through a very sticky situation in the way of friend helps a friend. I couldn't ask for more. As we left, my wife and I agreed that they have to be our only supplier for our automotive needs. The best!”

“Had my vehicle at a different shop and they were unable to fix the issue meaning I had to get it to the dealership. After a few calls, I came across AJs Towing.The price was affordable but the best part was he handled pick up and release of keys from the shop, to then drop off at the dealership service center. Placed the keys and the info into the box and sent me a picture of completion.For not being really apart of this transaction, I am very happy with the service. “Came in to have my 2003 Dodge ram 2500 v10 get a new exhaust. Everything except the headers. Did a great job. Towed my truck in, had it back like 4 days later. Great prices, not the cheapest, but you know you're getting good work done. I actually hit the owners car while leaving and he has been nothing but polite and easy going. “Ever since i had made the mistake if going into this place, my credit, my life really has been upside down. I have reported this already, but strange i cant seem to find it. Wonder what happend. Not really, i would assume that somehow it was removed. I am very upset, but i will say that the manger onsite now Ryan, he actually understood and acknowledged the problem. Did what he could to make it alittle better. My recomendation is that ypu start having some standards and integrity. Treat customers right. Dont get caught up in decieving lending or dealing. Some people will not tolerate it. And if your syaff isnt aware they could cause your whole company to fall. Cisco i am suing you personally.”

“I had to buy a battery, but I didn't have the old one to turn in when I bought it. After I replaced my dead battery, I brought the dead battery back to recover the core charge. The problem was that I didn't have the receipt. They were able to look up the purchase and refund my core They made me feel like they cared and gave me great customer service. “Highly recommend Quality Chevrolet. This is my second vehicle I have purchased from them. They have great prices and the response time is on point. I have been in the market for a Tahoe for sometime now and have dealt with quite a few local dealerships. Link Dixon from Quality Chevrolet is truly the only one that I would recommend. Half of the other dealerships didn't even follow up with me after an inquiry. Link was on it from the get go. He worked through some credit issues. He found me the exact vehicle I wanted, called me the day it hit the lot and got me to a payment that I was comfortable with. He was incredibly patient and helpful from start to finish. “Called AAA for battery service after hours (between 6 am and 8 pm I believe). Johnathan's came out anyway to jump start and check battery levels. Reported that battery was still usable but might require further jumps. No pressure to buy new battery.Didn't want my wife to have to deal with any future problems so requested new battery for next morning. (Old AAA battery was 3 years 7 months old.)Henry from Johnathan's came out to replace battery. Issue came up with old battery warranty promising a further 3 years discount, which AAA doesn't offer anymore.Can't say what happened behind the scenes, but Henry successfully advocated for the resulting completely satisfactory deal. Highly recommended.”

“Matthew has only been working for the past two weeks. He was great, I've been battling health issues for a while. I never told Matthew I needed help pushing my 700 lb bike up the steep hill of my driveway, and to be honest I wouldn't have asked. He was quick to help, and I kept my dignity, by not having to ask.
