“After reading the great reviews I decided to take my BMW here to get a fan issue repaired.These guys were great on so many levels. First they looked up the issue and let me know that it's a recall (unfortunately another story for another time the dealership that I have my car from doesn't recognize the recall) so I took my car back and M&N fixed it quickly and it's working great.Oscar (not sure if he's the owner?) was absolutely great. He communicated frequently and promptly about everything which I really appreciated. I also got the sense that these guys aren't out to rip anybody off. They are honest and their quality of work is good.Highly recommend this place. I know I'll be back if I have any other issues with any type of vehicle.”

“Jiffy Lube in Danville- unsung heroes Today there was a sweet teenage looking boy parked with hazard lights on in the middle of San Ramón Valley Blvd before Hartz. His battery gave out, couldn't push the car bc neutral didn't work without the battery. I pulled over to help and happened to be in the Jiffy Lube parking lot. Upon letting them know why I was parking if I may use their lot, 3 guys immediately sprung into action to help much more than I could have. Without hesitation, they got jumper cables, another car from their business pulled up alongside to use that battery to jump, another JL employee got cones to block traffic from behind, it was his first day on the job. It brought tears to my eyes. Way to go hiring A+ selfless people who were incredibly capable and efficient in helping this guy!”
