Wilson got me setup, quickly did the estimate, and scheduled to drop the car off the following week. He said it'd take about 3 business days to get the parts and do the job and he was spot on. They did an excellent job with the repairs and even did a little extra cleaning on the side. I really appreciated how communicative they were in-person, over the phone, and thru texts. “I called them before buying a battery for my 2008 Lexus. I had a choice between Costco and O'Reilly. Costco has interstate batteries with decreased quality, and O'Reilly's battery was pretty pricey. The best option was Napa Auto. What impressed me was when I went there, the employee asked me what I needed, and I said battery for Lexus, and he already had it ready. It made the checkout process friendly and enjoyable because I was also impressed by the amount of liquid moly products they have for European cars. I would recommend them the only thing is parking in the area can be a pain, but you would love the service you get from them.”

“The staff I dealt with: Eli, Justin, George and my sales person Chris were ALL amazing! I came in for an issue with a used car I bought from Cadillac of SSF. I was greeted in such a friendly manner by Justin. My car was in the shop for 3 days. While waiting, I met the rest of the staff. Chris and I spoke about a particular car I was admiring. He gave me a tour of the cars. (I owned a 2014 Outlander for 6 years before it died on me so i was very familiarwith the cars) I was given information about the car I was admiring and was also given details about possibly owning one. Being that I felt that my self employment wasn't enough for me to buy a new car, I dismissed the thought of it. Chris was relentless in proving to me (showing me on paper side by side how I was wasting money on just gas alone with my current Montero vs the Outlander Hybrid. After spending 3 days at Daly City Mitsubishi (and 3 days fighting with Cadillac of SSF over the phone & in person to take their non working vehicle back) I realized that owning a new car was actually possibly. Thanks to the persistent and proof of what owning a new vehicle would be in my favor and thanks to Eli for finding the best deal for me. And especially thanks to Chris for helping me see what a smart investment I'd be making. I, along with my 3 children in the back, was able to drive off in my brand new 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander Phev. on Sat 11/4. I am beyond thankful and happy with my car. I wouldn't have been able to take that leap of faith into such a big decision if it wasn't for Chris. He wasn't pushy.... he wasn't rushing me and he definitely was more than patient with me during the 3 days I spent there.”

“My husband got into an accident and I was driving my baby around with a hideous dent and finally insurance referred me to this shop. They did an excellent job my baby girl looks just like how she did when I first got her. At first I was upset about how long it took for my car to be ready but my husband reassured me that it’s common amongst body shops. My only reason for a 4 star review is because when I requested a quote on a small dent I got from someone who hit my car and left, they quoted me $1200, which I felt was a lot for something so small. But overall I had a good experience. The front desk lady was very helpful and patient with me. Also, just wanted to publicly apologize for being so mad at them for taking so long. But definitely worth it. I appreciate that they wanted the job to be done perfectly. And it was.”

“I called with a desperate tire repair. Caught a huge screw my right rear tire. Called wheel works but next available appointment was for Monday at 11. I am not free to miss hours at work so I quickly googled tire shops. DRS popped up, I called...a nice gentleman named Danny answered. Told him quickly what was my issue and he said come on over now. It's a Saturday mind you and 3:30 pm. Told him my name and that I'd be there in about 10 mins. Got there and he came out promptly and directed me to where to position my car. He got the car Jack started and boom....$40 for the fix and he did check all my other tires and put air in as needed. Cozy small gem I call it located in Daly City. It was a HUGE relief to have this taken care of quickly and I plan on returning if my car needs any service in the future. The location is where the old Good Year Shop was close to Little Caesars Pizza. Thank you Danny once again!!!”
