“For the second time in a row, I received customer service that was over and above anything I could have asked for. The first time, I had Jarrod’s help, and this time I was fortunate to have Gabriel helping me. I needed coolant and just thought I could walk in, purchase it, and pour it into my car myself. Gabriel, in order to give me the best information, followed me out to my car with a flashlight and saw that I did need coolant. He also said he was going to research it and that he would be right back. He checked with a mechanic friend of his and told me that it was too dangerous for me to top off the coolant myself. He said the car needed to be absolutely cold to the touch, and that if I took it across the street first thing in the morning to the Firestone place, they could do it, and for free!!! He was absolutely correct, he saved me from potentially getting burned, and he saved me $20.00 by not purchasing the coolant at O’Reilly’s!!!!! I will always return to this Millbrae O’Reilly’s for everything car related. Period.”

“The guys at O'Reilly Auto Parts come through EVERY SINGLE TIME. This time I needed new batteries for a keyless entry system for a CRV, and Yafeth and Seth came through. Yafeth found the batteries and helped me take the fob apart. And, when I was trying to put the new battery in, all the little pieces came out, and Seth put them back in and replaced the old battery with a new one I bought. Seriously friendly, non-judgmental professional service. I am SO grateful for the guys at O'Reilly!!”

“Just had a great experience this morning with Peninsula Battery. My car battery completely crapped out so I needed a mobile delivery/installation. Daniel helped me on the phone and coordinated everything for me with his driver. Once I met with the driver, he was able to put in my battery very quickly and send me on my way. My first google search result directed me to Curbee and RepairSmith, both of which were over $100+ more than what I was quoted from Peninsula Battery.”

“Super friendly staff. I actually go here for miscellaneous car wash/detailing products all the time as they have a great selection. They are always super nice and I love how easy it is to get to. I am leaving this five star review because I unluckily popped my tire across the street picking up an order at Dim Sum Club the other day. TPMS went from 33 psi to 0 psi in about 30 seconds. I pulled into the parking lot at O'Reilly, changed the spare tire in about 15 minutes and left. The staff politely let me know that repairs weren't allowed in the parking lot but understood the unique circumstances. I really appreciated that they recognized that I would be quick, made sure there were empty parking spots for other customers and that I wasn't going to leave a mess. Their policies are truly customer focused. "No repairs" ensures that the parking lot always has spots for customers and doesn't fill up in way that prevents customers in a hurry from getting in and out (while ensuring safety from leaking fluids, etc.) but I really appreciated that they understood when a one-time exception to the rule was reasonable. Not only does this make me a continued repeat customer for life, but it really makes me feel like this O'Reilly really cares about the Parkside community.”
