“The customer service Michael gave me with my little purchase was refreshingly courteous. I'm a senior woman ignorant of basic car maintenance. Having no idea how to check oil, not my car, he checked the level and said the level was low but not dangerously low. I was good to go but to get an oil change soon. No sale. For a pigeon like me he could have talked me into a miracle fix. Thank you, Michael.”
