“My car Tesla got into an accident. CHP called AE Motors for towing. Omar and Alex were very nice and professional. I was continually informed about the status of my car which was totaled in the accident. They coordinated with the insurance also. Interesting thing was that after accident the car could not be charged, hence could not be opened. Alex and his team knew of technicalities, jump started the battery so the doors opened. Alex personally helped me retrieve all my belongings from the damaged vehicle. Nice folks. Thanks. Highly recommend.”

“Great service! Phil was very responsive. I had reached out through Yelp about some scratches on the car's bumper and he responded right away. I sent him a picture of the damage and he gave me my options and the cost for each option, which I really appreciated. I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived, Phil was ready to work on the car immediately. I was grateful that I didn't have to wait since I had a tight timeline that day. He was able to get rid of most of the scratches, but some of the scratches were a little too deep, which he had already forewarned me after he saw the picture. However, if I was just walking past the car, I wouldn't notice that there were scratches there before. All in all, Phil did a great job and I would definitely take my other cars to him when I need detail work again.”

“I have taken both of my cars here to get it serviced and both times it was a great experience. First I had my BMW brake fluid flushed and changed and today got my Corolla an oil change. Jackie was very helpful and got both jobs done in a timely manner. I usually take the cars to the dealership but got fed up with the constant up sell with services I don't need plus the prices were dealership prices. Heard great things about this place and they haven't disappointed and the prices are so fair and honest! Will continue to come back here and don't just take my word for it, experience it for yourself!”

I also know a little more about cars than I let on, and like to toss out some bait to check responses ;) These guys were definitely honest, no up-selling or trying to do unnecessary work. The cost of parts was on the low end of average, labor costs were totally reasonable. Of course they charged a fair price for the thorough inspection, but I needed the information and they helped me prioritize how to stay on the road and when to expect the right time to cut my losses, because I have a few costly repairs on the horizon for my Mercedes with over 200k on it. They DEFINITELY could have up sold, but actually advised me against a repair that could likely be postponed while I decided how long I wanted to keep the car before trading it in. I'm now loyal all the way- this will be my shop from now on.”

This is a four-wheel drive that I use off-road and without mentioning it he installed the muffler a bit higher up instead of a stock location which would have been much lower. I really appreciate this attention to detail. The bead that he ran connecting the muffler to my exhaust system was seamless. Very very nicely done and worth the money”

Wilson got me setup, quickly did the estimate, and scheduled to drop the car off the following week. He said it'd take about 3 business days to get the parts and do the job and he was spot on. They did an excellent job with the repairs and even did a little extra cleaning on the side. I really appreciated how communicative they were in-person, over the phone, and thru texts. “I took my car to this place at a point of desperation after getting my car towed somewhere else first that said they couldn't actually work on it since it was transmission-related. The owner of the place, Arnoldo, was quick to take my car in and gave me a rough timeline (which was spot on) and a rough estimate after taking a look at all the things (his estimate was under what is ended up being). But all things considered, I think it was telling of how upfront he was being by being able to give an estimate at all. Most other places, are horrible at this. So even if ended up paying $300 over the estimate, I was just glad that the car was fixed in a timely manner.”
