Orders are shipped quickly after being placed and arrive soon and carefully packaged. They have sales frequently and discount codes are available online for maximum savings at checkout on a wide variety of bodyboarding products, they always throw in little extras with every order like stickers and key chains which is totally cool of them. Orders are accurate and are double checked and signed off by a team member, if something isn't right simply write them an email or call and they will always make it right. I highly recommend this board shop as they are shop for body boarders and keep the memory of its founder Eddie Solomon alive, as they say legends never die! Check them out you'll be glad you did. Can't wait to rip this Andre Botha signature!”

“This is my second time coming to this store (because it's kind of far from where I live) and both times Destiny has helped me. The difference between this store and the Cerritos one (the one closer to me) is that it has a lot more variety of apparel but their staff also provide great customer service and makes you feel welcome. Like I said before, this is my second time visiting the South Coast Plaza store and both times Destiny has helped me. Today I called the store inquiring about a specific hoodie if they had it in stock and she confirmed that they did. When I arrived, she had my hoodie at the register nice and folded ready for me to purchase it. She even asked me if I wanted to keep shopping but I politely declined because I already knew why I was there for. I was inside the store less than 5 minutes. Thanks Destiny for making my shopping experience a pleasant one.”

Decided I would rather buy this when they have a clearance sale during summer which was only a couple of monthsSo the clearance sale comes and goes and I miss it! I call the store asking if they could help. The store manager Colin, not only locates the exact size and jacket I was looking for, but also gives me a great discount over the phone (the sale) - and arranges to have the jacket shipped to my home from the outlet store where it was available. It arrived promptly within a few days. Just perfect.I love their fit, quality and style and they go out of their way to help customers. “I'm sure everyone that works there is fantastic, but my experience was with Huey. I would definitely recommend you ask for, or find him. I called in roughly a half an hour before they were about to close and he was patient with all my questions. Together we figured out exactly the shoe I was looking for. It was the Nubuck Calfskin sneaker. I was very happy to find out they had them in stock. I rushed straight down. As soon as I stepped 1 foot inside the store, I heard a friendly voice from the back yell out, Mike? I felt like I was connecting with an old friend. Even though they were minutes away from closing, Huey was great and showed me a couple of different options and a couple of different sizes. I ended up with exactly what I was looking for and while these are not cheap, I believe their shoes to be an incredible value. When the sole wears out, they will be sent back to Italy to get resoled. Stuff like this is truly an investment, versus the disposable fast fashion that everyone seems to love these days. I actually just got off the phone with Huey and he's going to help me track down another pair in a different color. I'm new to the brand but already know this will be my go-to brand for casual shoes. It's like walking on a cloud. They really are ridiculously comfortable. Believe the hype.”

“We are very new to Loro Piana. The quality and design are very superior compared to other LVMH brands. Also there are no visible logos on the ready to wears so if you like low profile clothes, this is a great choice. The store has very friendly associates, Maxmara is too salesy compared to Loro Piana. Our sales associate is Silvia. We tried on a lot of items and she helped us with transferring items from east coast to the store in short notice. She always offered us H2O on every visit even with no purchase history or profile. Finally bought a few items from Silvia. She was very sincere helping us and gave us some cloth balls. So if you are shopping for a coat, sweater, or walking shoes, come to Loro Piana, skip Hermes and Maxmara South CoastPlaza.”
