“IMPRESSED. Wow. We walked in and were greeted by the employees, and they were busy! The manager Noah checked us in and sparked up conversation with us. This review is not only about Road runner sports but it's about Noah. That man has pride, experience, and commitment to this company and the customers they serve. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and patient. Noah spent 3 hours with me! 3 HOURS! He made sure that I loved the products I walked out with. I'm beyond impressed and so happy that we chose road runner sports. I hope the owner reads this because I want him to know that Noah should be the director of training. If every employee had his passion and knowledge of the product, the company would be out-performing their already established proven system. Overall I can't recommend them enough. Very thankful and very excited to be a new customer at road runner sports. Oh and for the record. We bought 3 pairs of shoes, 3 sets of insoles, socks, and running outfits. A huge shout out to our outstanding dive instructor DJ for being so flexible with scheduling. His knowledge has far exceeded our expectations and then some! My friends came from Chino to join me on getting certified and they didn't mind the drive because of how great the whole experience was. “Craftsmen’s time and advice are their stock in trade. Dan Taylor is generous with his time as well as excelling in artisanship. A beginner surfer, I called Dan with questions about a board he had shaped and that I had acquired secondhand. He patiently listened and gave me needed advice. His response to my inquiring about a brand-new board was to first spend time riding what I had before investing in a new surfboard. Much appreciated that he did not make a sales pitch! Fast forward a couple of years. I just took possession of a new board shaped according to my needs. First time out, I was up and riding every wave (truth be told, I missed the first of about a dozen). To say that I was happy would be an understatement. Dan listened to what was causing me problems, where I was surfing, and my self-assessment as to ability. I catch more waves, maneuver the board better, and because I went down on length, have a board that fits inside my car. My original Dan Taylor…It’s about 10 years old and, other than pressure dings, is in great condition. Speaks well to the quality of Dan’s work.Dan Taylor Surfboards—highly recommended!”

We are extremely sad that we cannot visit you and the store in the future for our sporting needs because Gear Coop will be starting an online store rather than a "brick and mortar" store. FYI: Currently Gear Coop is selling off their current inventory at drastically reduced prices. So come and shop before this store is officially closed. “We need a large lululemon like this one in San Diego! I could spend all day here! Jk! But for real! This is probably the first lulu I've been to that carries just about EVERYTHING! In all sizes and colors and styles. It was like heaven! It was busy though so maybe it was the day of the week, idk. We're not from the area, our local stores in San Diego don't get this busy. The line was looooong! They also had a good area with discounted items too, though I didn't skim through those because I knew what I was shopping for. Which what I love about this store with its large selection was that I can try it on and not just hope and pray that what was ordered online will fit correctly. Next time I'm in the area I'm definitely stopping by again!”
