“I love coming here because of how clean and well organized the store is! Everything is easy to find and such a great selection! It's fairly peaceful if you shop early afternoon on a weekday. If you need help looking for something, you may encounter, Jeremiah. He was so so helpful in helping me find what I needed and pointed me the right direction with different options for clothes! I wish I was able to say the same thing about the girl in dressing room, Lisbeth (I think that is her name). She had a really bad attitude with me and also towards other customers. I found myself exchanging looks with a stranger with how bad it was and just seemed like she didn't want to be there. I asked her for help in finding something in a smaller size in a shirt I wanted and was acting like I was bothering her. She claimed they "didn't have the size" and when I went back to the floor I saw the same shirt in the size I wanted. I didn't want to go back to the dressing room and just chalked it up to her having a bad day. I even tried asking her about her day and how she was but she ignored me and rolled her eyes and was very dismissive. Thankfully she wasn't there by the time I was done trying on all my clothes and another gentleman took her place and was very sweet with me. Checkout was seamless and I was even helped out by Jeremiah at the end! Overall, the store is very good and aside from the one unfriendly employee in the dressing room, I would recommend coming here.”

“Gustavo was so great! Came by to get a new puffer for the winter and it was our first experience with Canada Goose. Thankfully we were helped by Gustavo, who was more than happy to run back and forth to grab us all the different puffer styles and sizes. Will definitely be back!!”

“The fitting rooms are clean, the clothes are nice and comfortable, buying things here makes for a good gift. The only problem is that stuff here is pretty expensive. But they’re efficient with checkout lines so if you know what you need you can quickly get in and out.”

“Basic customer service no longer exist nowadays. When you ask an employee for help or if they can check stock, they would reply "no, we have what is out there.", "I don't know, I don't work in this department." Or the look of "don't bother me"Yesterday was my lucky day and I feel very blessed and grateful to come across Teesa! She is genuine and FABULOUS in what she does. I was desperately looking for a specific tennis shoes in size 8. It was out of stock online. I called her asking if the store had any in stock and there was none available BUT she went out of her way checking online and other stores. Teesa called me back within minutes as she promised! (I still can't believe it because I've heard that before, but no one has followed through.)Tessa gave me the good news that she found the size 8! She asked me to come in to pay for them so they can ship it to me within 5-7 days. She was friendly, knowledgeable, genuinely caring, and most of all, she has EXCELLENT customer service skills. We need more of her in the world!Teesa, once again, I want to express how much I appreciate YOU and so grateful for your help! People like you are rare and very hard to come by! “My wife and I made a stop over today to check out some baby carriers. Despite a few customers browsing the store, Lieu took her time while juggling phone calls, customer questions, packaging other pick-ups, to address us and give us tremendous detail and support on what works and doesn't work for our needs. Our son has a particular condition that makes most baby carrierrs difficult to adjust. She took the initiative to get online and watch YT videos to find methods to adjust and make the carrier a comfortable and suitable position for us and our baby. I can't say enough about her great customer service, friendly smile, and ease of conversing with. Hoping to see her more often in the store when we pick up great deals $$! Thanks Lieu for all the help - will think of you when I carry my baby comfortably :)”

“Walked by here dozen times and it's layout is very 70s and I love that The girls were SO NICE I got some golden rimmed sunglasses that were so lightweight :) (compared to saks heavy metal framed selection , ) These gold lens gold octagon frames really do it for me happy to bring this new addition to the family home Special thanks to the beautiful black haired brown eyed girls Who worked tonight .
