It is a nightmare to bank here. If I did not have to, I would not step foot in the place but it is where my employer banks. The website is an equal nightmare. The only way to get anywhere is to actually walk into the branch where there appear to be a lot of people doing very little.

terrible service!!! Long ass line with 1 teller. And bank manager just walks around the branch doing absolutely Nothing!!!!

This bank is the worst in Castro Valley. The tellers are rude and they move in slow-mo. And they have major attitude problem.
