“Patelco is the best Credit Union and personal bank you can find! They do an excellent job of protecting your digital transactions. Best customer experience of any bank I've used in the past 30 years. They also have a top notch fraud investigating team. I recent had my card number stole while shopping at a small SF retail shop. By the time I got back to my car, Patelco was calling to alert me that same card was trying to purchase an iPhone 14 and the SF Apple store. Thank God for the good folks at Patelco! I feel confident when using there Mastercard card to make purchases :)”

“Amazing service & great rates. They were the best rates I could find in the bay area, and the service fee was only $4.95, which is great if you are exchanging any large amount. Additionally, every time I called, the owner picked up and was happy to answer my questions (I had a lot of questions, so it was very much appreciated!). On the day I planned to come in, I was running late, so I called ahead and the owner said he would stay open an extra half an hour. Will definitely come here again when I need to exchange - thank you!”

“I read these reviews prior to banking here and I almost got scared off. So glad I didn't and instead went with my own experience. It's been really excellent service each time. Recently completed our refi with FB as well and while it did take while to go through the many hoops - they're very thorough - they communicated great and we were so happy with our experience. We stayed on top of the todos on our end so it's definitely a collaboration but overall it was really outstanding service.”

“I went on a Saturday an hour before they closed and they had no line at all. There's ample parking behind the bank that even offers EV charging stations. As I walked in I was greeted and helped with making a deposit by a staff member. He asked a lot of questions which I thought was a bit odd, but he helped me quickly. They also have 3 ATM's outside at the front of the bank.”

“Do yourself a favor and go to ANY other BoA Financial Center if you need the assistance of a teller. The time it takes to get service here is 1 hour, up to 1.5 hrs if there’s a line. Even though I live 5 blocks from this BoA I save time going to the San Leandro or Dublin BoA.But 5 stars because I still appreciate the service and hard work of the current tellers. I just wished they would hire more accountants to meet the high demand of customers.”
