“I went on a Saturday an hour before they closed and they had no line at all. There's ample parking behind the bank that even offers EV charging stations. As I walked in I was greeted and helped with making a deposit by a staff member. He asked a lot of questions which I thought was a bit odd, but he helped me quickly. They also have 3 ATM's outside at the front of the bank.”

Recently completed our refi with FB as well and while it did take while to go through the many hoops - they're very thorough - they communicated great and we were so happy with our experience.
