My wife and I wanted to move from Oakland into a community with better schools. We contacted Leslie when she only had 3 yelp reviews: we knew her when.... She helped us learn about the Castro Valley market and made the time show us every single place that we wanted to look at. She was patient with us; however, aggressive to learn our likes and dislikes. She would ask us pointed questions when comparing two different homes that we just saw. She suggested some mortgage agents to work with and the funding process was actually fairly smooth. The over-all process of buying a home is highly frustrating and stressful, Leslie was in our corner every step of the way. Even after we closed. We had trouble with our home warranty because they did not want to honor their end of the contract - which is another yelp review - but I will say that Leslie continued to fight for us long after we took posession of our new home and helped negotiate a settlement with the warranty company.
