“Ikon Auto Collision truly has your best interest in mind.
After being rear-ended, I visited multiple body shops while navigating an insurance claim, and Ikon Auto Collision was the only shop that genuinely advocated for me. Other places felt passive and transactional, but Ikon was honest, transparent, and proactive from day one.
They clearly explained why my car was deemed a total loss and assured me they would vouch for me with the insurance company — which they absolutely did. I barely had to lift a finger. They even reviewed the settlement offer to make sure I wasn’t being low-balled, and because of their support, I received a very fair payout.
Through the process I interacted with Kent, Ivan, Albert, and Christina - who were all incredibly kind. They made a stressful situation much easier and gave me complete peace of mind.
I would confidently return to Ikon Auto Collision for both insurance-related work and general car repairs, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a shop that is honest, knowledgeable, and truly on your side.

“This place is the best. I have been getting my tires here for years now and they are always honest about what can be repaired and often have used tires as an option if you are tight on funds. I have been able to afford new tires the last couple of times and their prices for new tires were lower than the other places I checked. They are friendly and fast. The last time I was there they gave little toy cars to the kiddos waiting with their families. I highly recommend Fast Lane all your tire needs.”

“My previous experience in Dec of 2024 was stellar. This time not so much. I waited for nearly an hour without any communication other than that initiated by me. I had to leave for an appointment and so I left without talking to the technician. They did the exact same windshield replacement in my previous service and did a fabulous job. Thiw time the job was not fully completed when I picked up my car. The manager promptly responded and took care of me and finished the job. I'll give them 4 stars...2.5 to the technician for not being able to do what their last technician did and 5 stars to the manager for being so prompt and courteous.”

The service has always been friendly, honest, and reliable. Everyone here takes the time to explain things clearly and make sure you feel taken care of. As a woman, I really appreciate that they never talk down to you or assume you don’t know much about cars, something that unfortunately common in the mechanic world. Here, they actually take the time to walk you through what’s going on with your car and answer any questions without making you feel uncomfortable or rushed. It’s rare to find a place that keeps the same great hospitality and rtrustworthiness over the years, but this shop truly does.
