“Best bank I've ever had. I've been banking here since 1995. They helped me get a small auto repair loan when I was 18 years old and ever since then they've had my back and my business. At Media City they treat you like a valued member. Since 1995 I've used them for multiple auto loans and now my home loan. What I like most about Media City is that they are nice honest people. Especially Jason in the loan department. He tells it like it is and always makes sure that anything you need goes seamlessly. Thank you Media City for being my bank for almost 30 years!-Kristi”

“Can't believe I waited so long before finding this place. Handles many of the things that required trips to my credit union. For sure office needs more signage because it can be hard to find and even when you get to the right place it doesn't look anything like a bank.”

“Well, Vicky is a goddess. She pulled strings like no one else at year end to provide us with a very time sensitive auto loan check. Forgot to mention, we arrived with only 5 min before closing so she could have threw us out with no issue, but she didn't, she took the loan on herself and powered through a lengthy process in under 40 mins to get us the check. This was above and beyond the call, and for that we thank Vicky and the branch manager for taking care of their members. Reasons like this is why I stay with Partners Credit Union.”

“I stopped by this Chase bank in the morning to withdraw some cash. Since I came early in the morning I was able to find easy parking. I went inside to use the ATM since I don't trust using the outside ones. It was a pretty simple transaction since they were not busy at all. The inside of this bank is pretty nice and in a busy intersection.”

“I have nothing but great things to say about U.S. Bank. I called their 800 number on Friday to schedule an appointment. The representative offered nearby cities. I ended up going to the branch in Burbank (inside Ralphs). When I arrived, I was immediately greeted and Mila, the representative, walked me through the process. It took 20 minutes to open an account. She was polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Note: This is a busy branch, but the representatives who work there are very efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you Mila :)”

“I love UCSCU!! My husband has been a member since the early 90s. I joined his accounts when we got married. Our kids joined as they got old enough to need their own accounts. Our youngest got a great rate on a car loan and it was super easy. We always get excellent service and we are treated very well whenever we come in. Several times I have called with a question or an issue and the staff helps me without ever treating me like an inconvenience. I love the way online services have grown over the years. I appreciate being able to zelle my rent payment and receive zelle transfers from my kids for the shared phone plan. Being a non employee, I will always miss visiting the actual Universal branch (employees only now) but Burbank has never let me down and I understand this change came from the company and not the credit union. Thank you UCSCU for being SO MUCH better that all of my previous banking experiences and giving us the resources to teach our children about banking in a safe, welcoming space!!”
