“Take my review with a grain of salt, because I don't actually bank with them... But the tellers there are always so helpful and friendly. I go to this Citibank a few times a year to convert 20's into small bills (my bank is far and Citibank is right next to my workplace) and they never hesitate to help me out. I know there are plenty of banks that would hassle me about not having an account with them, but here it's all smiles and great service. It's worth noting that they have coffee as well which I never take advantage of but is a nice touch :)”

“The ONLY reason I am rating this branch 5 stars is because of the CURRENT branch manager Sana. Bank of America is sooo lucky to have someone so caring and sweet. She is respectful, knowledgeable, and super professional. She was super helpful unlike the previous manager "Samantha Brady". I had horrible experience with Samantha who is unprofessional and rude. Not even sure how/why someone so incompetent and disgustingly rude was ever promoted as "Manager". Anyways, the current manager is the best! Also the Regional Manager Anita was super helpful and sweet. If it wasn't for Sana, I would have left a negative review. Thank you Sana and Anita for all your help!! Much appreciated!”

“I think the Burbank Costco is the largest in size of all the Costco in the LA area. I try to go close to the opening time on the weekends but the parking lot is always full upon arrival. I figure there are less traffic on the weekends since most are not commuting for work. You can save money from buying in bulk & see what are the promotional sale items. Being a single bachelor, I don't need to buy food in bulk. Their produce offerings are of not of great value as I can get good prices from my local markets. I stock up on toilet papers, paper towels & their coconut water when a Costco trip is planned. I was told Tues & Wed mornings are the least busy during the week so will try next time to see if it is true. Love their easy return policy but hate the long checkout lines. As far as parking, it is all about luck!”
