“When I walk in the door, I always feel as though I am transporting back to the 1950's or something due to the older decor, dark wood paneling, and silent establishment (no music, and since the tellers are behind glass, you can't hear anything going on). Even though it's older, this isn't a negative. If I need a register for a checkbook (which I'm willing to bet none of you know what this is), this is the place to be. There is one guy working there who is always friendly and helpful, and the other workers are fine. There is parking specifically in the back off of Brighton for ABEFCU guests, and I am in and out of here within minutes on any given visit. Although this is not close to me by any means, they've always been consistent, and I'm grateful they are still providing my banking needs.”

“Well, Vicky is a goddess. She pulled strings like no one else at year end to provide us with a very time sensitive auto loan check. Forgot to mention, we arrived with only 5 min before closing so she could have threw us out with no issue, but she didn't, she took the loan on herself and powered through a lengthy process in under 40 mins to get us the check. This was above and beyond the call, and for that we thank Vicky and the branch manager for taking care of their members. Reasons like this is why I stay with Partners Credit Union.”

“I have nothing but great things to say about U.S. Bank. I called their 800 number on Friday to schedule an appointment. The representative offered nearby cities. I ended up going to the branch in Burbank (inside Ralphs). When I arrived, I was immediately greeted and Mila, the representative, walked me through the process. It took 20 minutes to open an account. She was polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Note: This is a busy branch, but the representatives who work there are very efficient and knowledgeable. “Take my review with a grain of salt, because I don't actually bank with them... But the tellers there are always so helpful and friendly. I go to this Citibank a few times a year to convert 20's into small bills (my bank is far and Citibank is right next to my workplace) and they never hesitate to help me out. I know there are plenty of banks that would hassle me about not having an account with them, but here it's all smiles and great service. It's worth noting that they have coffee as well which I never take advantage of but is a nice touch :)”

“I love UCSCU!! My husband has been a member since the early 90s. I joined his accounts when we got married. Our kids joined as they got old enough to need their own accounts. Our youngest got a great rate on a car loan and it was super easy. We always get excellent service and we are treated very well whenever we come in. Several times I have called with a question or an issue and the staff helps me without ever treating me like an inconvenience. I love the way online services have grown over the years. I appreciate being able to zelle my rent payment and receive zelle transfers from my kids for the shared phone plan. Being a non employee, I will always miss visiting the actual Universal branch (employees only now) but Burbank has never let me down and I understand this change came from the company and not the credit union. Thank you UCSCU for being SO MUCH better that all of my previous banking experiences and giving us the resources to teach our children about banking in a safe, welcoming space!!”
