“I love this banking cafe! I come here very often to get work done and don't like the library because it's too quiet, so this is the perfect place. They have a bunch of seating available which is good because they are usually always busy. They even have private study rooms that you can take based on a first come first serve basis. The cafe inside is good as well but overpriced. The staff is also very approachable and friendly! They are very inviting and helpful. Overall, I would skip on the coffee but definitely my favorite place to get work done!”
“Quiet location to work and focus. If you work from home and need a fresh location this may work perfectly for you since it's free! Extra bonus if you're a capital one customer you get 50% off if you use your capital one card. They don't validate parking so if you park in the structure then visit another shop to get your ticket validated. If you have a nonprofit you can book a private meeting room.”

The service has always been excellent there's always been great support from the bank manager tellers etc. for my business and personal banking needs. As a business and personal account holder at Pacific Western Bank with the current Corona-Virus crisis. I was so grateful to have such a relationship with my bank but more so the relationship the bank has with its clients Anna Bobeck took personal care of my needs when it came to the PPP loans and making sure I was doing everything I could and my business was apprised of everything it needed for the survival. Seeing unfavorable reviews here I suspect the customers are being unfair. Calling here may be a disappointment as you might be transferred to a Citi call center...not so good. That forces you to visit the branch for better service.”

“I have several accounts at the Glendale branch and have been given first class service. My banking agent, Patrick, has always been very responsive. He set me up with a credit line for overdraft without me asking so never a bounced check. They facilitated my company's PPP loan. They have been very helpful. So far, way better than B of A or Wells. I've also had some issues with Chase but generally Chase was good. I have accounts at all of them but nothing beats the small bank attitude!”
