“I wanted to write about , Chris Militonyan the banker , on 12/09/22 at north Hollywood bank , he was very professional had a great attitude, he had a special attitude very smart and kind , very patient, had great knowledge about everything, I give him a 30+ excellent service , please take of him and help him to grow at this bank .he deserves it greatly. He should be a branch manager. We were here with couple of people but I have never seen such employe such proffesional attitude. “Take my review with a grain of salt, because I don't actually bank with them... But the tellers there are always so helpful and friendly. I go to this Citibank a few times a year to convert 20's into small bills (my bank is far and Citibank is right next to my workplace) and they never hesitate to help me out. I know there are plenty of banks that would hassle me about not having an account with them, but here it's all smiles and great service. It's worth noting that they have coffee as well which I never take advantage of but is a nice touch :)”

We were on the phone w/ Bank of America, trying to get a human on the phone to talk to us about opening a business account. After frustration with them, we tried our local Citibank branch and viola! Someone answered, answered all of our questions, and set up an appointment for us to come later that day. They were patient and helpful, and sent us on our way with our own business account. Yee-haw!”

“Bank is your average boa bank. What bugs me is the parking lot. Armenians bought half the lot so their mothers wives sisters cousins brothers uncles and all the BMW rolls Royce mercedes benz teslas are parked there (many times double parked) taking up valuable space just so they can smoke and hang out in the back of their store fronts.But I'm not supposed to talk bad about them. Because they went thru stuff, you know.”

We had an appointment and for some reason the person working there called our appointment then took someone else! Did not explain why he took the other person, just walked away!!!! We were pissed! We were closing an account. I know COVID F -up everything, but we had an appointment set for 2 weeks. Anyway manager brought someone to help us, he was in a training meeting we were told.. ! Right thing to do, and Mario was very helpful. Mario took care of everything we needed to get done. We closed an account, yet he still was very personable, professional, unlike the the guy next to him!!! Thank you Mario and the manager at that time for doing the job correctly and professional in a tuff environment and times. The guy who called our appointment and walked away,,,,,, is the reason we left Wells Fargo, I'm giving credit were it's due!”

“I come here frequently to use the atm and it's very pleasant. The few times that I have gone inside to speak with a Teller have been just fine too. However I make sure that I dont come to the Bank on Mondays and Fridays because those days get very busy here. Maybe the bad reviews are from those days. The only reason I can't give this five stars is because sometimes in the parking lot I see homeless walking around which makes me feel nervous while visiting a bank. They need better security outside.”
