The whole place and surrounding area is spotless and quiet-- we immediately knew this was the place we wanted to live and spend our time. Throughout the whole application process Courtney and Ashley were there to answer any questions we had, helping make the whole move-in process completely painless.We love our coinless laundry, the gym, the PARKING, our newly outfitted kitchen... I could write a novel about how much we love this place. If you're in the market for an apartment in Burbank and there's an open spot at Toluca Terrace, you'll regret not jumping at the opportunity to live here.”

“Place is good! Apartments are clean, in a nice area. I would recommend living here. Management isn’t too bad. 4 stars not 5 since there is a ton of bureaucracy and it takes forever to get big things done.

However, the current maintenance team is amazing! Randy and the team always go above and beyond to get things taken care of right away.

The maintenance team and whole staff are excellent, especially Manny who quickly responds to maintenance requests and addresses the issue in no time. Absolutely thrilled with both the maintenance team at Avalon Glendale! They consistently go above and beyond to ensure that any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Their communication is always clear, and they keep us updated every step of the way. A standout moment was on Memorial Day when we experienced a water issue. Despite it being a holiday, a team member arrived within just one hour of us submitting a ticket. Their prompt response and dedication to resolving the problem made us feel truly valued as residents.

Additionally, the landscaping team does an amazing job of keeping the premises looking beautiful. The grounds are always well-kept, with lush greenery and immaculate flower beds that create a welcoming atmosphere. It’s clear that they take pride in maintaining the appearance of the community, and their hard work makes coming home every day a pleasure.

“Living at Sunset Vine Tower has truly been a fantastic experience! It's located at the iconic corner of Sunset Blvd and Vine St in the heart of central Hollywood, perfect for someone who loves the Hollywood vibe and a premium lifestyle. There’s always something fun and interesting happening around here.

The building's standout feature has to be the floor-to-ceiling glass walls. They let in a great amount of natural light that makes your home feel open, bright, and airy. The panoramic views are amazing, featuring natural sunrises and the city lights at night, with vistas of the Hollywood Hills and sign, downtown, west side, ocean horizon, and more, depending on your unit location. The very high ceilings add to the feeling of spaciousness. The units are modern and loft-style, but features like wood floors and the fixtures still make it feel warm, like a home.

Practical amenities here really make things easier. The 24-hour staffed front desk service means I don’t have to worry about package deliveries, which they receive and hold for me. The secured underground parking is a huge plus, especially in this busy area. The building is currently installing a lot more electric vehicle chargers in the garage for those who have or want an EV. The in-unit washer and dryer are a big time-saver; you can also send out and receive laundry at the desk to a nearby dry cleaners and wash and fold.

There is a very nice pool area with a good amount of sun for lounging, relaxing, and socializing. The pool area also has an outdoor barbecue grill perfect for gatherings, or you can simply go down the elevator and grill your dinner. There’s a conference room for business meetings. The building has a gym for a quick to get to workout, but many residents also belong to one of several top gyms and fitness studios that are located just one to a few blocks away (Equinox and 24 Hour Fitness are each just one block away; LA Fitness and Golds not much farther).

For those with active, fun-seeking lifestyles, including me, the location couldn’t be better. There's everything from top-tier restaurants like Mother Wolf and Gwen to lively and view-abundant rooftop bars like Grandmaster Recorders and Mamma Shelter, not to mention numerous coffee shops, nightclubs, and lounges, all within walking distance. The Palladium, Pantages, and Avalon are only a few blocks away, along with private clubs like Neuehouse and The Aster. Trader Joe’s is just a block away, making grocery runs, and "I forgot something" situations, quick and easy. On Sundays, I enjoy strolling through the Hollywood Farmers Market. Griffith Park is just a ten-minute drive if you’re into hiking. Also, with the Arclight Cinemas and the Cinerama Dome, located literally next door and planning to reopen in 2025, movie nights here are about to go to a whole new level!

Recently, a new management duo has arrived on-site, bringing great fresh energy to the building. They’ve been introducing a series of improvements that have been very welcome. They are approachable and genuinely invested in the residents' experience and lifestyle, as well as the quality of the building’s function and appearance. Similarly, the building engineer and maintenance team are very quick to respond if something needs fixing, and it’s clear they really care about keeping the place looking good and keeping things functioning well. The new management team just threw an outdoor pool party for residents with food and drinks, which was a fun way to meet new building neighbors, reconnect with other residents, and kick off the pool season. I’m looking forward to more of these SVT events in the future.

Overall, living at Sunset Vine Tower is an incredible, one-of-a-kind experience. It combines the luxury of modern amenities and truly unique building architecture, with the convenience and excitement of urban living in a fun, lively part of town. “I do not live here, but I took a tour and had an excellent experience with Zach B. who answered all of my questions, sent detailed instructions for a self-tour (of a very clean and lovely unit), and explained everything I would need to know about Hampshire Place. There was a nice common area with grills and a pool (again, very clean and well-kept) and the elevators were in great working order. People were friendly who I spoke to and asked about the building, and it seems like a nice place to live.”

Be sure to visit areas like Hermosa beach, Torrance and Pasadena instead of the Instagram places like Venice or Malibu. LA is huge, be sure to enjoy it all!!”

“Been living here for about 5 months now, this is definitely the best building we've lived in by far in LA. Majority of all the complexes aren't going to be perfect, you're in an apartment but this one is the best for what you pay for.

As in other reviews, the hallways were pretty disgusting, the carpets were saturated in pee which made the halls smell horrible. But they just tore everything out & put brand new carpet in. Place looks brand new now! The smell is completely gone. So they were aware & did something about it which gets huge points.

Another con is the garage gate was broken for a while & there was a couple of cars that got broken into, including my friends. They didn't really do anything about it.. it eventually got fixed but that was a little annoying.
Besides that, the building feels super secure, packages are very secure which I like, & the amenities are super nice & pretty clean. I also have seen a total of maybe 3 fruit flies in total in my house. I have never seen such a bug less apartment. Not complaining about that lol

The building itself is so quiet, I hear nothing sometimes. The neighborhood is super quiet too. It's so peaceful. I hardly hear my neighbors. Just normal sounds like the occasional heavier foot steps but seriously it's so quiet.

The maintenance team will fix anything so fast. We had our washer leaking at 8PM & put in a request & he was there in 20 minutes fixing it.

So weighing the pros & cons, we are very happy here so far. Hopefully it doesn't change for us.”

“We are all excited to move into this new apartment. It looks great. The elevator is huge and mostly the building smells good. A lot of facilities in it. Only the thing that they need to improve is the stairs. It looks scary for my kids, but they get used to it and prefer to use it as a short cut. The Manager is awesome. He is very helpful and accommodating. He is so calm, friendly especially to my kids and also good looking. My sister wants to move-in here too, maybe soon.”
