“I moved into these apartments in November 2015. At the time the LL was Elizabeth, who was an absolute horror story to rent with. She would berate residents, berate the UPS and Fed Ex drivers that were there to deliver packages, would often ignore service requests, and finally let her boyfriend help manage the building although he was not an employee of Beverly Hills Properties. However, about a year before I moved we got a new LL, Nary. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and I was so sad when I moved out (I was relocated to a new city for work). The apartments and residents are fantastic, and Nary is the absolute best!”

“I just spent 3.5 years of my life in LA living at the Roosevelt in DTLA. All I can say is, wow, what an amazing experience I had while I lived there and it was because of the amazing staff.Jack Wallach, Izabella, and the rest of the leasing team, top tier talent within the property management game. They have done a great job not only the amazing residents but even the occasional difficult ones. Truly a great team that was there to help make living at the Roosevelt a great one.Gina and Sandra- two of the best women that made sure the upkeep of the building was maintained. Both such great people that I feel need more credit. The flowers that Gina adds to the lobby, such a great touch.Amin, Ade, Janet, Michael, all great people that ensure the safety of the residents by maintaining the front of the house. All exceptionally personable and professional. I miss them the most!All of my valet guys, Alvaro, Marvin, Rafael, Manuel, Alejandro, Alfredo, Damian, Wences, Gerson, and Kevin. “I’ve been living here for 4 months and have really enjoyed it so far! The apartments are spacious and comfortable and the management team has been extremely communicative and responsive any time I’ve needed to speak with them or brought an issue to their attention. Regarding maintenance issues, Sergio is doing SUCH a stellar job. He is quick and efficient and such a nice guy too. I run into him occasionally and he always says hello and asks if I need anything. So far so good!”

“I took a tour of this property today and it seems like a very lovely place to live. The building has beautiful views of its Koreatown neighborhood. It's also very clean and quiet. Jenny Molina, who works in the leasing office, and Zach Bane, who was my leasing agent, were amazing when giving me the rundown of the property. They were very thorough with their information and very pleasant people as well. I viewed a studio and a one-bedroom apartment, which both were gorgeous. They both have balconies, lots of closet space, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Hampshire Place Apartments is a place where I can see myself living happily long-term.”

Scott, who's the property manager, and Nelson, savior who fixes everything, were fantastic and always very responsive. As with any apartment, things go wrong, but the follow up was always very quick and the fixes were not just bandaid solutions. “Spring Arcade refers not only to the building above it, but also the grand, airy, arched arcade at ground level. You can spot it via grand, Spanish Baroque-inspired arches along either a Spring or Broadway between 5th and 6th here in DTLA. Inside is a multilevel arcade that once hosted over five dozen shops but which now appears to focus on a handful of low-key eateries at a ground-level food court. It's still wide and spacious enough to walk through and explore, similar to the 6 1/2 Avenue arcade in midtown Manhattan.”

“We have moved in the Archer for a month. And both the move-in and living experience are so incredible. The property manager Haley is so helpful and friendly. The location and decoration of the property are great. The whole property is safe. And I have to mention how great and helpful Dre is during our application process. He negotiated good deal and ideal move-in date for us. He responded our messages really quickly(even during the weekends). I really recommend having him as your contact for the application.”

“The location was great. The room was a nice size for two people. I paid before i arrived. then when i arrived they still asked for a $400 deposit and it will be returned at checkout. Self parking was $49.00 a night plus $4.90 tax.(tax on each night) The signed agreement stated that it was $25 a night. The person said that it needed to be updated (not the custom fault) that’s what i agreed to pay. The room smelled like a dog stayed the night before and no one did a deep cleaning before the next quest. After checkout it was only $180 return to my card. So i paid 220 to park each night. The location was cool.”

“I definitely recommend this place! The entrance was recently remodeled and it looks fantastic, maintenance service is fast, and the place is clean. The location is within walking distance close to grocery stores, bars, and multiple shopping centers. Also the downstairs staff is always friendly, ESPECIALLY Jhonny - who helped me get settled in, promptly follows up on questions, and ensured that I had everything I needed to be comfortable living here. “Dao was great at assisting me with my request. However, it took 4 days of calling and emailing to get an answer. That is not Dao's fault but management. When I moved in we had onsite leasing agents and we no longer have this service so simple inquiries can take nearly a week for someone to respond to. 5 stars is for Dao as she was very helpful.”

“My fiancé and I have been living at SVT for a few months now and I can truly say, WE LOVE IT HERE! From feeling safe to enjoying our view every day it's such a great feeling. The security, leasing office, maintenance man, they are all so kind and make us feel at home. We've also made friends with our neighbors on our floor as well as below us. Everyone is friendly. Since we've moved in, Rosie (the propery manager) has been so helpful and answered any questions we had. She checks on her tenants to ensure they are happy which I LOVE! Makes us feel more at home knowing that she cares and knows our name, as well as our fur baby :) I highly recommend looking into living here. There's lots to do such as walk the stars, lay out by the pool, make you a cup of coffee from the coffee machine downstairs in the lobby. Not to mention, there are 3 different Targets in less than 3 miles of eachother, Starbucks in walking distance, and a Trader Joe's a block away. You won't regret living here!!!!”

“As of the last 3 months: Laundry is no longer safe - a neighbor had someone actually remove their clothing from a machine and throw it away in the garbage and I have had my laundry cycles disturbed by other tenants (i.e. stopped dry cycle and removed all my items from the dryer). I've had a guest of a resident threaten to physically assault me once "they got inside" for not opening the front door for them - they were clearly intoxicated and I did not feel safe opening the door for someone I did not recognize. Maintenance staff are always friendly and provide great service.”
