“Stayed here for 2 years. It's a small and friendly community. Property managers are accommodating and responsive to various requests. Not to mention occasional events and freebies.My only complaints are noise and sometimes property managers being unreachable (they seldomly were onsite and on holidays things can happen - the past July 4th caused a delivery paralysis at the building.)But overall I enjoyed my stay and do recommend this apartment complex.”

“Next on Lex complex in Glendale is an ideal place to live. It is well equipped, has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable life. Most importantly, it is safe, clean and comfortable. The leasing office employees are very caring and they do their best to come up with the best solution in any sphere. Whenever I have gone to the leasing office for any question, the issue has been solved within a blink of an eye. They do care about their residents and provide the highest level of service possible. In short, customer service level God ? we enjoy living in our cozy apartment in this complex and life here is like living in a 5 star hotel every single day.”

With heaters keeping us cozy and comfy seating, we were set for a leisurely dining experience.Now, let me tell you about the food – it was simply divine! We dove into a feast of appetizers, and boy, were we impressed. My taste buds did a happy dance with every bite of the margarita flatbread – those fresh tomatoes? Delish! And don't even get me started on the brisket potato skins and flying pig flatbread. The honey drizzle on the latter? Absolute perfection.Feeling like something lighter, we shared the Caprese salad, which came beautifully arranged on skewers – so Instagram-worthy! And of course, no meal is complete without a little something to sip on. We clinked glasses of wine and sparkling champagne, adding an extra touch of sparkle to our evening.Throughout our dining adventure, the staff at Onyx Bistro were total pros – friendly, helpful, and never rushing us. It felt like we were catching up with old friends rather than being served by strangers.As we bid farewell to Onyx Bistro, we couldn't help but already be planning our next visit. “I was looking for apartment when I came across Altana in Glendale. Upon entering I was greeted and met Jessica. She helped me decide which apartment to choose. Also answered all my questions, and help me submit all my documents. Overall great experience. I toured other properties but none helped me like they did at altana. They welcomed me with open arms.”

When I had a chip of paint fall off in my apartment, their prompt response and professional service exceeded my expectations. “Overall, this is a good apartment. I must say I was a bit worried because of the other reviews that I had read about this place; they are mostly not true at least now that I am here. I am not claiming that the other people were wrong when they wrote their reviews, it's just that things may have changed now. With that, below is a summary of my experience so far.My unit is very quiet, and although some of my neighbors have pets they are not very noisy. There were a few minor issues when I got they keys but the staff fixed the problems very fast. The common areas are clean, and there is always a fresh scent everywhere. They vacuum the common areas everyday (I hear it). The gym is nice and nothing is broken. The EV chargers work although they are busy most of the time (this is the only apartment community in the Glendale that has them though). And most importantly, the staff are friendly and responsive.I didn't give a 5 star review because of my contract signing experience. When I got here to get the keys, they said that the contract has been lost and I should sign it again. When I looked at the new contract there was no rent concession (the special discount that they advertise). This was 2 weeks off of the rent when I initially signed the contract. Long story short, they gave me a $1000 discount at the end but the whole experience was not good. That being said, this is a good apartment.”

“Louise Apartments is ran extremely professionally. Adolfo, the property manager, is a wonderful and warm individual and takes care of everything you require. I also wanted to mention the outstanding maintenance folks, including Jery, who has come several times and shows nothing but the utmost courtesy and clearly does an amazing job.I just moved in here recently and am very happy with the neighborhood, quality of apartments, and the response rate of the management staff.”

“I do not know where to start to be appreciative enough for this apartment community. I am not a good writer but I would like to express my gratitude somehow for this community.I have moved here about 3 years ago. I really needed a community where people are nice and kind with safe environment. As you can see here in the review, there are some flaws, of course. Nothing in this world is perfect. Buildings are not the newest, and slow maintenance, etc.However, there are so much more to this apartment community.First, it is located in one of the most safe area in LA county. Grey star (New management company since 2022) hired patrol officers for community security, and there are police officers by elementary school in the morning, and of course there are officers patrolling all the time as well. There is community college right across the street, so they want to make sure it's safe environment.Second, this is very family oriented community. There are many families reside in this community and we all know each other, and look out for our children all together. We try to include each other and have better relationship if possible, at any opportunity. It is very difficult to associate with strangers nowadays, but in this community, I was able to make a lot of new mom friends and so as my children.Third, as I mentioned earlier, people complain about the maintenance, but let me tell you. There are two awesome main maintenance staffs, they always greets with smile and they try to help you as soon as possible. This is a decent sized community with some construction needs. But Grey star bought the property just like this and I have seen people coming in to estimate (?) the circumstance quite often. I asked the manager and she said they are people who will proceed with construction, and it takes a while due to the California State government permission or some sort. It will be a big change. I appreciate the management pushing through with fixer upper. But I am sure this will help in the long run for everyone.Fourth, the amenities are very nice. As you can see in the website, the pool is huge! 7ft deep. During the summer time, a lot of people make friends and hang out together. I love this time of the year. Also, there is movie room, game room you can rent for birth day parties, and vending machine too!Lastly, the managers are very diligent. I have heard some people complain, but so far for me and my friends (neighbors) experienced great communication. They might not be always putting smily face all the time (don't we all?) but once you get to know them, they are very kind, sweet and passionate to get things done as quick as possible. I actually just spoke with one of the manager about community gathering events, such as yard sale or parents meeting, etc. and She was very enthusiastic to put community together. I really appreciate all the efforts.To my neighbors and management team, I have learned and received so much from this community and I can never be able to show my appreciation enough.There are other things that I can talk about all day long, but I think you can determine about this community enough from my testimony.Wherever I go, I try to see good things all the time, but this community was definitely above and beyond my expectation.Home is wherever you make it as a home right?
