One of the maintenance guys, Ralph Rodriguez, came in on 3/4 to help solve an issue with my fridge. Ralph explained what was wrong, got the part needed to fix the issue and swapped it in all within an hour. He was helpful, friendly, polite, knowledgeable and fast. Thanks Ralph!
