“G6 Performance Training is in a class all its own. Gabe, Nick and the rest of the G6 team are each brilliant at their job. Their new facility is absolutely incredible; a true labor of love in creating a space for every aspect of the complete workout .. body, mind and soul. The gym houses state of the art equipment/machines; the lounge is a perfect spot to chill, hydrate and connect with staff/friends; there is a recovery room and an in-house Physical Therapist. But what makes them superior is the way in which they care about/for their G6 family. Give ‘em a try. You’ll be so glad you did.”

“This gym ROCKS! While it is a CrossFit style gym, don’t let that intimidate you!! That should excite you! Try something new..the location is CLEAN, and spacious and the equipment is neatly organized and fresh… not only that but the staff/coaches are amazing. They will break down every move to prevent injury and ensure you get the most for your membership! Trust me, I travel often and have been to a number of gyms on east and west coast… if I could choose a gym to attend, it would be this one. So what are you waiting for?? “My wife signed up for a six week trial in May 2023, after having a year of very high quality service at another location. Despite the convenient location, she ended up not using the gym at all and cancelled the trial. We didn't notice until late last month (December, 2023) that the $199 monthly charges had continued for the past eight months. I tried calling the Rancho Cordova location at their listed number, (916) 476-4835, but it is out of service. I also tried to contact them at their email address and eventually received a reply from Will, who worked out a complete refund. Given our good experience with Results in the past, the only reason I am giving less than five stars is because of the communication difficulties.”

“The Results Transformation Center (Gym) in West Sacramento is Amazing! I recently successfully completed a six-week challenge and am sooo very happy with the outcome. The trainers are energetic, knowledgeable and always there to help with any questions or exercise modifications when needed. They provide the “right” amount of push and all are highly motivating. I honestly couldn’t have done it without them. I’ve been to other gyms, but sadly, the results are frequently disappointing. “Heather is truly the most wonderful, intuitive yoga teacher. She leads from the heart first. I appreciate how she guides us through vinyasa combining breath & movement linked with the best playlists! I feel grounded, challenged, and grateful at the end of every class. I have taken Heather's classes at the various studios she has taught at over the past 10 years and it's wonderful to now have a yoga hOMe at Urban Flex and Flow! There is nowhere else I'd rather be after a long day at work or on a Sunday morning than in Urban's heated studio surrounded by this community.”

“I wish this gym was closer to me! I would go here all the time. Had a great experience w Ben - he was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful w my technique. I appreciated having options to modify. The other classmates were also good vibes. Great way to get in some fitness and feel motivated by the coach and classmates! “I started with Rocklin Point FBBC in February of this year.I’m 40 and bordering peri menopause and have been at a high stress desk job for the last 3 years. I have been progressively feeling the effects of a stationary job on my body. The stiffness and pain seemed to increase exponentially like it was building on itself and was becoming unbearable. I knew I needed to begin a healthy trajectory in my life otherwise I was going to be in constant pain, miserable, and out of a lot of good sleep. Initially I didn’t feel any improvement and it took about a month before I started feeling like I could turn in my sleep without waking up wincing in pain. Even though it took a while before I started to experience less hot flashes and pain, I kept going because I felt stronger after every workout, and because I felt like the coaches, Liz Kianna, and Anna were on my side pushing me but with a commitment for care and getting me to where I want to be.Here are reasons I keep coming back and can’t even imagine an end to my membership with not only the Gym but with the coaches that run it:- I feel stronger after every work out.- When I push myself, I realize how powerful I am in that moment of accomplishing something I didn’t think I could do.- When I’m unable to push myself, the amazing coaches give me that extra nudge that allows for a shift in my perception of myself to who they see me to be.- I’m seeing the difference and the strength in my body. There’s a distinct feeling of pride and powerful ness when I get to see the results and not only feel them.- My hormones from peri menopause seem to be more regulated or at least the effects of the imbalance have diminished, including the hot flashes and mood swings.- Most of all, I get to be a strong and healthy mom to my daughter, the best version of me I can be.”

“If you are looking for "Global Gym", this place ain't it. What you will get is an old school "Average Joe" style gym with the basic equipment. But what is unique is the attentive staff and class atmosphere. You feel like you belong and everyone is encouraging. The coaches are always watching to ensure you are applying correct form to avoid injuries, but they will know if you are holding back and will call you out on it.”

“I spent a long time neglecting my physical appearance, and even though I went to the gym, I couldn't even sweat. Which led me to give up over and over again. And tired of not seeing the results I want, I started to remember when was the last time I had results and it was when I was in a guided class with a trainer. And with doubts and fear I went and signed up, and when I saw the colors of my name on the screen were changing, I was moved to tears and realized that yes I can and that I don't hurt my body to achieve it, in addition to the support from Caleb and my mates, who encourage you even more to continue and that is addictive, at the end of the first session I did not want to get off the treadmill hahaha (and I had never run before). “If you are someone who appreciates structure & a sense of community, this Orange Theory location is perfect for you! I've been to quite a few gyms over the years, and I usually am someone who avoids franchises & chains. I actually ended up joining here because my best friend was getting married and we were holding each other accountable up until her wedding date... though her wedding has already passed, I stayed because I love the staff here! As someone who has worked in the fitness industry for about 9 years but fell off of the fitness train herself, I can honestly say the staff here have not only made me feel welcomed but have motivated and pushed me back into the fitness lifestyle that I miss dearly. I do have hip dysplasia which is one of the reasons why I had to take a step back on my own fitness journey for a year or two but the coaches here have been so incredibly helpful with working around my limitations and give me modifications when needed. I never feel pressured to bite off more than I can chew here. I know one of the most daunting things about going to regular box gyms is having to figure out what your workout set will be, but the best thing about OTF is that you don't have to think about anything else except showing up. If you're looking for a sign to join. Especially if you read this far, this is it! If you're unsure about whether this is the place for you, your first class is free and they really don't pressure you to join if it's not your vibe. So if you're actually still reading this far, what are you waiting for?!”

“Enjoyed my classes here, coaching was spot on, WODs were fun, good experience overall, a couple negatives were calendar was wrong one day, music was a little distasteful one day, and pricing for drop in was two different prices, but I’d give a five star if those few things weren’t there. Great equipment and friendly coaches and friendly athletes. I’d work out here again and recommend this gym. I would drop in here again next time I’m in town.”

“This is a very good anytime fitness. As a mobile massage therapist I travel a lot and have been to over 100 AF’s. My first experience with this gym was using the restroom before and after my nearby client. On the second visit of the day I told the manager a joke, and she seemed friendly and welcoming. My next appointment I am decided to head out a couple hours early the next trip in order to get a good workout in before work. I was very pleased that I did. All of the equipment is very modern, well working and they have unique cardio machines. If you’re Rocklin local, I highly recommend this gym.”
