“This gym ROCKS! While it is a CrossFit style gym, don’t let that intimidate you!! That should excite you! Try something new..the location is CLEAN, and spacious and the equipment is neatly organized and fresh… not only that but the staff/coaches are amazing. They will break down every move to prevent injury and ensure you get the most for your membership! Trust me, I travel often and have been to a number of gyms on east and west coast… if I could choose a gym to attend, it would be this one. So what are you waiting for?? “The Results Transformation Center (Gym) in West Sacramento is Amazing! I recently successfully completed a six-week challenge and am sooo very happy with the outcome. The trainers are energetic, knowledgeable and always there to help with any questions or exercise modifications when needed. They provide the “right” amount of push and all are highly motivating. I honestly couldn’t have done it without them. I’ve been to other gyms, but sadly, the results are frequently disappointing. “You tryna get yo hands right lil bro? You wanna make sure yo new shawty ex boy friend cant fold you like a lawn chair? Well pull up this the right place! Ive trained at 3 different gyms and this is by far the best and good for all levels. If youre new, they'll work with you, and the sparring is light and safe enough to not deter you from coming back. If youre seasoned and want to turn up a little bit there are a good amount of fighters who can give you a challenge without things getting out of hand either. This gym has been apart of my routine for nearly 2 years. I came in for exercise and hobby and next thing you know I was ready for competition and was folding ops myself! I even found my girlfriend (now fiance) here at this gym... And guess what, after training here, Ill fold all her Ex mans too, they dont want no smoke. Anyways 5 stars its good here.”

“I came here to check out their strength training class because I know I should strength train. I dreaded it. Fast forward 4 months later and I am still here and loving it. It's not easy but the group support is amazing. I had virtually no background in free weights and none in a strongman class but I'm hooked. I am so much stronger now and my running has improved too. “I wish this gym was closer to me! I would go here all the time. Had a great experience w Ben - he was very welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful w my technique. I appreciated having options to modify. The other classmates were also good vibes. Great way to get in some fitness and feel motivated by the coach and classmates! “OTF Land Park came in clutch when I had to fit into my wedding dress. I've struggled with weight for a long time and they were very good about listening to me when I explained my history with my ED and my limitations due to an accident in 2015.I worked on my nutrition and worked out 4/5 times a week at OT. The coaches there are literally the best and it's because of them that I felt amazing on my wedding day. I continue to go to classes to maintain a healthy lifestyle. What I love most about this location is the community that is built not only with the coaches, but with other members that you get to know. “I spent a long time neglecting my physical appearance, and even though I went to the gym, I couldn't even sweat. Which led me to give up over and over again. And tired of not seeing the results I want, I started to remember when was the last time I had results and it was when I was in a guided class with a trainer. And with doubts and fear I went and signed up, and when I saw the colors of my name on the screen were changing, I was moved to tears and realized that yes I can and that I don't hurt my body to achieve it, in addition to the support from Caleb and my mates, who encourage you even more to continue and that is addictive, at the end of the first session I did not want to get off the treadmill hahaha (and I had never run before). “Very welcoming and motivating environment. I’m very new to most of the movements required in CrossFit, but all coaches have been extremely patient and supportive as I try to get comfortable and more confident in the workouts.Even though I’m new, I still get in an amazing workout and get to move and exercise parts of my body I wouldn’t be able to plan for on my own.Everyone at the gym has been extremely welcoming and supportive, so if you’re feeling nervous about trying a new gym, or just want to get started with CrossFit, you can feel confident that this place will set you up nicely.”

“You already experience, have a babysitter, live in the area and work a job fit around the gym schedule this best gym in northern California.Pro: This gym has the best trainers who know thier stuff , great environment, great staff ,love everything about this gym beautiful gym area. If you want to train your kids this is the spot but they have to come right after school they only have 1 class a day . Uriah is the most humble, great guy who down to earth he so cool.Con: If your barely learning mix martial arts or BJJ this isn't the place the class are so overwhelming pack cause they only offer 1 class the other is for the professional athletes with 2 trainers. Thier times you gonna feel lost, your partner who sometimes more experience will move to other partners cause they don't want to teach and 2 trainers trying to coach a class of 25 plus . The gym doesn't offer a daycare area to bring your children, classes are very limited to 1 class early morning and 1 classes late afternoon if you don't live in that area and you work 9-5 no point to get ultimate package great gym though. Thier other gyms in area just as good cheaper and has more classes like capital jitsu or ufc gym in folsom just as good do that for a year or 2 than come here .”

“I think this is far and away the best place to train for a Spartan race or any other fitness goals you may have. Rhoda and her clients are some of the most motivating and fun people that I have ever trained with. Rhoda's sessions are balanced for full body training, and they are always varied in a way that makes them really fun. I have been training with Rhoda for nearly eight years and I have never felt like I was in a fitness rut. No trainer I know of varies training sessions to keep the entire body functional, while at the same time making the sessions really fun. I always leave her trainings feeling as good as I ever feel. You wont find a more knowledgeable or caring trainer. Very, very highly recommended!”

“Seven years ago, I completed chemo for lymphoma and wanted desperately to build my muscles back up. Once I tried the Curves freebie session, I was hooked. I love that Curves is for women only. The 12 strengthening machines cover all the muscles of my body. I can go at my own pace (age 72) or push it to the limit like our 20 something young coach Erin. I go three times a week but have a choice to go four presently. I have met and made many friends which makes the Curves experience that much more enjoyable. Kim, my personal coach and owner, is the most fun, compassionate, encouraging trainer. I highly recommend Curves. I feel better now and when I miss going for whatever reason, my body tells me!!!”

“EVERYONE IS WELCOME! What I love most about the Washington Neighborhood Center is that no matter your background, you feel not only accepted but deemed a valuable member of the community when you walk in. The center has an array of offerings from workshops to classes and wellness-centered activities. It truly is a center for the community to enjoy. I have attended a Cacao workshop there wherein we learned about the origins of cacao and did some cacao tasting. It was so RAD!! It was attended by not only indigenous people but people of all backgrounds and races. This feels like a peaceful place where people can safely learn from each other. I hosted a class on grief there as well! As a teacher, it was an easy process to reserve the space. The staff was incredibly accommodating and even provided water for everyone in the workshop. They even helped me load up my car at the end of it! The environment/vibes are off the charts. Can't express enough that this is a great spot to conduct experiences and experience. Go make some memories here!!”

“TEAMride is hands down the best indoor cycling studio in sac. I've been to several others just to see what else is out there, and there's no real competition. Rachel's, Dakota's, and Sayde's classes are all part moving-meditation. And all the instructor's SUPPORT your ride. There's no screaming, berating, or belittling. It's such a supportive and inclusive environment no matter your fitness level. The growth that has happened in that room is immeasurable. I've cried, I've laughed, I've screamed in anger. TEAMride has taught me that I can do hard things. That orange bike and the instructors helped me get sober, they helped me come to know myself and to love myself. What a beautiful journey it's been.”
