“This is my new ONLY go-to auto shop. I was very weary of taking my Infiniti anywhere but I got a great vibe from this shop. They could tell right away how much I cherish my car and how particular I am. They were very thorough in their report showing me through their web app everything that needed replacing with pictures as proof to show. Other shops you just have to take their word for it and hope they do not scam you. The service manager and owner are super friendly and always happy when you come in or speak with them on the phone. Not like other shops where they just sound like they dread working where they're at. It may be a bit on the pricier side, but you pay for what you get. Id rather spend a bit more and make sure its done right and with a guarantee. Ill be coming back again for any further repairs or maintenance.”

My dad told me to explicitly tell Ron that he has worked on my mom's car; that I was going to use it. I took it to the auto repair. Ron understood; he was fair, reasonable, and just in his pricing. “We were looking for a new repair place after our Corolla started with the dreaded check engine light. Frank took a look at it and fixed it up. Drove just fine for a few days as the light came back on. One of his techs suggested that could be the charcoal canister with the code that it threw and they got it ordered installed and its been good ever since. We picked it up late as he was there after closing working on some cars. Ever since then, we've taken the corolla back and trust his mechanic magic. We've sold the corolla and got another one new old one and taken it back to him for a checkup haha. Definitely take your cars to him for quality and trustworthy fix.”

I've gotten new tires, tire patched up, brakes fixed, oil change, AC repair, and even a new bumper painted and installed here. I went to other locations but they have the best priced available here. “I did regular maintenance from a dealership which I will not name even though i’ve been going there for many years for this reason. I was printed out what was wrong with my car and it showed my rear drum brakes are in need of maintenance asap and it will cost $700 and change. I don’t have that kind of money. The headache and anxiety driving to work thinking my car has a less effective brakes. I took it to Von Auto Care and spoke with Chandler. quoted me a reasonable price for my peace of mind. It’s a small shop hidden in the back corner. Chandler called me after diagnosing my brakes and told me my brakes are good. I was shocked! the dealership would’ve robbed me $700 for nothing. I offered to pay Chandler for his time and he kindly refused and told me to pay it forward. I don’t know what to say. Chandler, you’re a good person and an awesome auto technician. with this kind gesture you will have a returning customer.Service: Brakes”

“My son is attending college in the Orange County area and experienced an issue with his 4Runner not wanting to shift into gear. Long story short, after two other repair shops took a look at it (with one recommending a complete rebuild of the transmission and transfer case for $3,200), I called Frank from St. Louis and even though he's extremely busy he took the time to travel to the location where my son's 4Runner was taken to and try to diagnose what the issue was. In the end he disconnected and reconnected the battery and reset the electronic controls and I'm happy to report it's back on the road again. Frank would accept nothing for his time and claimed not to have done anything. Now I haven't met him in person, but if you happen to bring your vehicle to him for service, please thank him personally for me when also showing him the appreciation for treating you the same way. Hard to find today. Thanks Frank!”

“I have a 2004 Infiniti g35 that I have had since I was 16. It was my first car and it has a lot of sentimental value to me. I took my car to Tokyo Automotive last week for an oil leak. They did a full inspection on the car and found a few other things that needed to be repaired. To fix everything at once was a little bit out of budget for me so I had them only fix the oil leak which was my main concern given that I don't drive the car as much as I used to. It's kind of just my weekend car. The staff was incredibly helpful, very professional and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable leaving my car here given the sentimental value. Their front office and shop are nice and clean and well organized. They fixed my oil leak and installed my aftermarket skid plate underneath in a very timely manner. I had a good feeling from the moment I walked in that they were going to take care of me. As you may read in other reviews, their labor costs are a little higher than some other places. Not any higher than a dealership would charge you. TRUST ME when I say you get what you pay for when it comes to mechanic services. I learned the hard way at my old mechanic shop that cheaper is not always better. I feel so relieved now knowing that I can take my car here. Absolutely 5 star everything. I will be back in the near future to fix the other issues with my car. Thank you guys so much for taking care of my car as if it were your own:)”
