He knows his business and doesn't in any way attempt to upsell his customers. In fact he does the opposite (most unusual) and works out the most suitable way to save money on unecessary new tires. He is totally honest and his workers are also incredible. Customers don't have to wait too long, as the attention is good.I have used this place twice. The second time he repaired the tire with a nail and didn't charge anything for his work. “Came to get my jeeps tire patched up since it has a screw and a nail! Since I'm already here, I'm rotating my tires since it's been around 3500 miles. The gentlemen pulled me forward right away and told me the price of what it would cost for both jobs. Very decent prices!When I arrived, it was around lunch time, but 2 guys got up from their lunch break to help fix my jeep. Really appreciated that but was willing to wait as well. Appreciate their quickness!I've brought my Prius here before and it was the same quick service that I'm getting today!”

“This is my new ONLY go-to auto shop. I was very weary of taking my Infiniti anywhere but I got a great vibe from this shop. They could tell right away how much I cherish my car and how particular I am. They were very thorough in their report showing me through their web app everything that needed replacing with pictures as proof to show. Other shops you just have to take their word for it and hope they do not scam you. The service manager and owner are super friendly and always happy when you come in or speak with them on the phone. Not like other shops where they just sound like they dread working where they're at. It may be a bit on the pricier side, but you pay for what you get. Id rather spend a bit more and make sure its done right and with a guarantee. Ill be coming back again for any further repairs or maintenance.”

“I have an e46 m3. I was going to my buddy's shop in Irvine and nothing wrong with his shop but unfortunately they work on newer M series cars and didnt have anyone to recommend for the work I needed to get done. I went and looked up shops in Orange county that work on cars similar to mine. Found this place, called Kyle. Just speaking on the phone with the guy right away this is going to be a good spot to take the car in. He didnt brush me off on the phone, right away talked about what can be wrong with with the car and that he can do the job. Came in today he did the repair on the car and will be sending me an estimate for everything else needs to be done. Coming from a BMW enthusiast but not a mechanic, this is the right place to come and fix or have work done on your M series car of an older generation. Kyle has e30 m3s there and a nice e36 m3 toy he showed he was working on. He was patient and didnt push the stuff that my car didnt need. he just went down the list of importance my car will need for it to be in great shape. Definitely apologize for long review and I dont leave these often but this place deserves to be at the top of the lists when you are looking for place to get work done.”

Sham & Jay are the nicest people, great customer service and friendly! They take great care of the cars! They will recommend if your car may need additional service (only if needed) but I never feel pressured which I appreciate. Oil changes are quick - in & out in 45 min (there is a waiting area). “This is the first time I had ever considered adding PPF and tints to my car so after speaking with a few companies, I ended up going with Sam and his team at Wicked Auto Detailing, one of the best decisions ever! I had just bought my BMW i4 and basically brought it directly to them. I ended up going with the Full Frontal PPF, Window Tinting, and Ceramic Coating, which also included the interior too! I loved that I was able to pay with credit card, everything was communicated very upfront and clearly. I dropped my car off and within a week or so, it was ready to go. After a few months, I noticed that one of the front bumper PPFs was coming off so I reached out to Sam and they were super amazing about having me bring it in and getting it fixed up right away. I just came back from my annual maintenance and my car is looking even more beautiful than ever. The pricing was super competitive with all the other quotes I received and the job was amazing. They even made an amazing IG video working on my car that I share all the time. Highly recommend Wicked Auto Detailing to all!”

I was also on a time crunch bc my mom just had surgery. Brian went above and beyond to help me out. I know cars and the work they did was fantastic. “Took my 4runner here for a wheel alignment before a long road trip and Cook's did a great job through and through. I called several local shops and the pricing was competitive (with Yelp discount) and most importantly they were able to fit me in on a short notice. I did appreciate how the service person explained some of the details re: the alignment- the only thing I would have changed is that I wished they provided me the printout of each of the wheel alignment settings to get things back to factory spec. They did provide a 6 month warranty on the service, very welcome and appreciated! Cook's has a well deserved high rating and I would recommend it for your tire and alignment needs.”

“I had the dreaded EV Hybrid P0A80 Code (Replace Hybrid Battery Pack). I began to look on the internet and YouTube. Several places recommend Electron Hybrid Solutions as the best with their cylindrical cells. I called the shop and spoke with Jose. He answered all of my many many questions. Their pricing was very good even for the improved cells. After asking what installation would cost would be, I felt that it was low enough that I didn't want to do it myself and risk messing something up. They were very accommodating with my schedule. Once they had my vehicle they ran a very comprehensive test and made recommendations. The car was completed on time. I would highly recommend this business for all Hybrid related services. “Brought my Crown Vic in twice, the first time was to change my OEM mufflers for an aftermarket muffler, then to get a custom cat-back installed. The quality of their work both times were great. Came back after they installed my cat-backs to see if I could get a louder muffler, but I was told with information why swapping my Magnaflows would not be a huge difference in sound, which I appreciate I'll be recommending The Muffler Man to my friends, and I'll be back when I can do more projects.”
