“This is my new ONLY go-to auto shop. I was very weary of taking my Infiniti anywhere but I got a great vibe from this shop. They could tell right away how much I cherish my car and how particular I am. They were very thorough in their report showing me through their web app everything that needed replacing with pictures as proof to show. Other shops you just have to take their word for it and hope they do not scam you. The service manager and owner are super friendly and always happy when you come in or speak with them on the phone. Not like other shops where they just sound like they dread working where they're at. It may be a bit on the pricier side, but you pay for what you get. Id rather spend a bit more and make sure its done right and with a guarantee. Ill be coming back again for any further repairs or maintenance.”

“Took my 4runner here for a wheel alignment before a long road trip and Cook's did a great job through and through. I called several local shops and the pricing was competitive (with Yelp discount) and most importantly they were able to fit me in on a short notice. I did appreciate how the service person explained some of the details re: the alignment- the only thing I would have changed is that I wished they provided me the printout of each of the wheel alignment settings to get things back to factory spec. They did provide a 6 month warranty on the service, very welcome and appreciated! Cook's has a well deserved high rating and I would recommend it for your tire and alignment needs.”

“I had the dreaded EV Hybrid P0A80 Code (Replace Hybrid Battery Pack). I began to look on the internet and YouTube. Several places recommend Electron Hybrid Solutions as the best with their cylindrical cells. I called the shop and spoke with Jose. He answered all of my many many questions. Their pricing was very good even for the improved cells. After asking what installation would cost would be, I felt that it was low enough that I didn't want to do it myself and risk messing something up. They were very accommodating with my schedule. Once they had my vehicle they ran a very comprehensive test and made recommendations. The car was completed on time. I would highly recommend this business for all Hybrid related services. They know their stuff”

“I have a 2004 Infiniti g35 that I have had since I was 16. It was my first car and it has a lot of sentimental value to me. I took my car to Tokyo Automotive last week for an oil leak. They did a full inspection on the car and found a few other things that needed to be repaired. To fix everything at once was a little bit out of budget for me so I had them only fix the oil leak which was my main concern given that I don't drive the car as much as I used to. It's kind of just my weekend car. The staff was incredibly helpful, very professional and friendly. They made me feel very comfortable leaving my car here given the sentimental value. Their front office and shop are nice and clean and well organized. They fixed my oil leak and installed my aftermarket skid plate underneath in a very timely manner. I had a good feeling from the moment I walked in that they were going to take care of me. As you may read in other reviews, their labor costs are a little higher than some other places. Not any higher than a dealership would charge you. TRUST ME when I say you get what you pay for when it comes to mechanic services. I learned the hard way at my old mechanic shop that cheaper is not always better. I feel so relieved now knowing that I can take my car here. Absolutely 5 star everything. I will be back in the near future to fix the other issues with my car. Thank you guys so much for taking care of my car as if it were your own:)”

“I did regular maintenance from a dealership which I will not name even though i’ve been going there for many years for this reason. I was printed out what was wrong with my car and it showed my rear drum brakes are in need of maintenance asap and it will cost $700 and change. I don’t have that kind of money. The headache and anxiety driving to work thinking my car has a less effective brakes. I took it to Von Auto Care and spoke with Chandler. quoted me a reasonable price for my peace of mind. It’s a small shop hidden in the back corner. Chandler called me after diagnosing my brakes and told me my brakes are good. I was shocked! the dealership would’ve robbed me $700 for nothing. I offered to pay Chandler for his time and he kindly refused and told me to pay it forward. I don’t know what to say. Chandler, you’re a good person and an awesome auto technician. with this kind gesture you will have a returning customer.Service: Brakes”

I called and spoke to Zack, he was very professional and friendly. Answer my questions and gave me a quote for 2 285/30/20 rear tires and a computerize wheel alignment then he went and gave me a time frame on how long the job will take. After they looked at my vehicle I was told that while there was some wear, no replacement was necessary at this time. They said it has a ways to go before it would need to be replaced. Chapman Auto Repair is now my go to shop for any vehicle repairs. Thanks again Joe for taking such good care of me. I will see you when my next vehicle service is due.”
