“Rhod is THE MAN! A few weeks ago I backed into a fence and was very annoyed with the bump and scratch it left. I was referred over by his good friend and I can say that I am blown away by the service. Rhod met me at my workplace and made the drive from Anaheim to Mission Viejo. He introduced himself and gave me the summary of what needed to be done. He promptly began working on my Lexus ES It took about 2-3 hours total and when I was the car after it looked like brand new! I had quotes for up to $1000 and taking several days. Rhod did it for me for $450 and only a few hours. Don't wait on other services and give them a call! “I was struck by a man on an E-bike which resulted in having the back passenger bottom door panel ripped off along with some scuffs in the door. I was able to purchase a new part from the dealership but it needed to be painted. Using yelp I found Precision Collision in Orange because it was right by my house. Friday morning I was able to pick up the part from the dealership around 11am. I then took it right over to Precision Collision where a nice gentleman named Gibson helped me. To my surprise, he was able to paint the part exactly to match within the SAME DAY at such a fair price. Around 3pm I received a call that my part was ready and within 15 minutes they put the part back on and buffed out the scuffs. This was the best customer service I have ever received when it comes to fixing my vehicle. I would give this place a 10/10 any day of the week.”

“I had deep swirl marks down the entire right side of my ram 1500 do to me trying to get paint that was splattered all over it. Took it in to maaco to see if they could get them out. They were able to not only remove the marks, but they got the rest of the paint off and, as a bonus, fixed a few scratches by mixing some matching paint. I was very happy with the final result. Great price, and super friendly people. Thanks, Becky, and whoever else worked on restoring my truck. You guys did a great job!”

They were extremely kind and communicative and Ricardo even started ordering parts once I dropped it off so they could begin repairs first thing the next morning. I initially went to a neighboring repair shop which took over a week to give me and my insurance an estimate, while Caliber was able to finalize the estimate in several minutes. They ensured I would have the repairs done before the move, and sure enough I was back in my own car in a week and it looks great!! “All the folks at Top Finish are top notch! My C8 Corvette was hit from behind and was very, very concerned who would do the repair. After investigating several shops in OC and LA area, I decided with Top Finish and now that I have my car back I see I made the right call. They were just as concerned as I was and totally went the extra mile. The repair is perfect and guaranteed for life and returned beautifully detailed, polished and waxed. Due to parts shortages, because of the UAW strike, there were some parts not available and Top Finish found a temporary 3rd party muffler until the genuine Chevrolet muffler arrived 3 months later and reinstalled at no extra charge. I was able to drive my Precious during those 3 months. I am extremely pleased with the results and service and highly recommend them.”
