I was always able to contact him, he kept me up to date throughout the process, he was friendly and informed. Lulu was also very nice and proficient in her role. I couldn’t be happier with the finished product. My car looks better than when I took it in for repairs after it was damaged in a hit and run. There were no delays or surprises. And the facility is very clean, modern, and reflects the quality of the work they do there.”

“I was struck by a man on an E-bike which resulted in having the back passenger bottom door panel ripped off along with some scuffs in the door. I was able to purchase a new part from the dealership but it needed to be painted. Using yelp I found Precision Collision in Orange because it was right by my house. Friday morning I was able to pick up the part from the dealership around 11am. I then took it right over to Precision Collision where a nice gentleman named Gibson helped me. To my surprise, he was able to paint the part exactly to match within the SAME DAY at such a fair price. Around 3pm I received a call that my part was ready and within 15 minutes they put the part back on and buffed out the scuffs. This was the best customer service I have ever received when it comes to fixing my vehicle. I would give this place a 10/10 any day of the week.”

“We were recommended to El Toro RV by a friend, and we have not been disappointed. The El Toro team worked on our C Class, and most recently, our new Class A. Our Class A hit a rock on our first campout and it shot right through the slot in the fiberglass front cap, damaging the transmission cooler. Then, when the tow truck dropped off the RV to El Toro the tow truck company damaged the fiberglass front bumper! The entire staff of ETRV was so supportive and handled our insurance claim and repairs and worked with us to design a custom front grill guard that turned out amazing! We trust the staff so much, and their work has consistently exceeded our expectations.”

“I brought my car in for a little body work as somebody backed into my side door. Dropped off my car on a Saturday and got back after 12 days. Vince is assume and a great nice guy. Body work is just perfect and could not tell the door was worked on and the paint just exactly match the factory paint. If you need body work, this is the best to be. I have brought my car to a different body shop prior to here and kept getting delays and round around just to get an estimate.”

They are all very pleasant and professional to work with and got me in and out quickly with all paperwork done online. Very massive warehouse with almost 40 employees. Clean and organized operation! “I was recommended by my auto mechanic (Bruce down at citywide auto) to talk with Jacob Sr. and Jacob Jr. about a paint job for my Chev Tahoe. I met with them and decided to engage them. Simply put, they did an amazing and excellent job at a fair price. They took everything off the car, including the mounding, mirrors, door handles, roof rack and even bumpers in order to prep and paint the car. We had a little surface rust on the roof and they took care of that as well. The care turned out beautiful. But here's the best part..... A few months later I noticed a couple things that were not right, A side molding was coming up, some paint imperfections that I hadn't noticed originally appeared on the tailgate. In addition we had a little mishap on the front bumper. JZ took care of everything. Pulled the bumper, painted a new one and installed, corrected the other issues. Of course, the bumper cost the party that did it, but the other items were covered under warranty. Good as new. In other words, they stand behind their work. Can't recommend them enough! Great work JZ! I'll be back!”
