“I was struck by a man on an E-bike which resulted in having the back passenger bottom door panel ripped off along with some scuffs in the door. I was able to purchase a new part from the dealership but it needed to be painted. Using yelp I found Precision Collision in Orange because it was right by my house. Friday morning I was able to pick up the part from the dealership around 11am. I then took it right over to Precision Collision where a nice gentleman named Gibson helped me. To my surprise, he was able to paint the part exactly to match within the SAME DAY at such a fair price. Around 3pm I received a call that my part was ready and within 15 minutes they put the part back on and buffed out the scuffs. This was the best customer service I have ever received when it comes to fixing my vehicle. I would give this place a 10/10 any day of the week.”

“Had problems with my truck batteries went to competitor’s store and told me they were goodOscar Cruz store #4154 checked my batteries and because he knew how to use the equipment he found the batteries showing Good but also showed that the batteries were loosing charge . He spent a good 20 minutes checking everything for me. I told him I was going to a competitor’s store to buy batteries and he talked to his manager and he gave me a discount. I went with Autozone. This was an important decision because truck is for work and it needs to be reliable. Also the truck needs 2 batteries so spent over $500.00ThanksJim”

“I brought my car in for a little body work as somebody backed into my side door. Dropped off my car on a Saturday and got back after 12 days. Vince is assume and a great nice guy. Body work is just perfect and could not tell the door was worked on and the paint just exactly match the factory paint. If you need body work, this is the best to be. I have brought my car to a different body shop prior to here and kept getting delays and round around just to get an estimate.”
