When I got there my dog decided to do his business right outside and as I was struggling to pick it up and hold his leash at the same time a very kind gentleman came out and took my dog inside so I was able to pick it up. He was very friendly and very helpful as it was my first visit. We will definitely be back!!”

“Our pup, Gumbo, has been here three times now. He’s a large dog and has a lot of anxiety because of his past. He is definitely not the “easiest customer.” As owners, we are very selective about where we bring him. Each time, he is warmly welcomed by the team and is clearly well cared for. He leaves looking and smelling wonderful (we’ve had numerous people compliment how well his coat looks afterwards). We highly recommend Pets Fifth Avenue!”

“My husband and I had visited this store in hopes of finding even higher/better quality/human grade dog food as my mom's family dog tends to have a lot of allergies including of course food allergies. Not only where we able to find 3 options for her, she ate all of them with no issue and honestly she looks amazing. It feels so fulfilling to have your pets eat as well as you do , in hopes of better health and longevity for them. My cats on the other hand are a bit pickier but I hope to be able to transition them to the food available here and thank you for keeping our fellow felines in mind as well. Skye was of great assistance and we appreciate her kindness on our second visit , but first purchase since our first time in was just a window shopping moment. I hope to see the continuation of expanded selection on the items available with our beloved companions best health/interest in mind. I also appreciate the fair prices as this is a expensive city to begin with. “When I discovered this dog grooming business, I never left. Jonathan is such a great groomer. He is so detailed and knowledgeable with the best interest of your dog. He is so quick to communicate. I appreciate the time and effort he puts into my fur baby (shown in the pictures below). I take 3 dogs of mine here and he never fails to disappoint every time. “I order 6 cakes here every year, one for each of my dogs birthdays and they have always delivered consistent cakes! My dogs love the cakes here and they have also tried their cookies and treats that are offered in the cases. The bakery also carries a small assortment of dog food, packaged treats, raw chews and dried chews, and many birthday accessories. There are many things here that are size appropriate for any breed of dog. I've gotten many little treats here for my dogs that range from 3 lbs - 16 lbs but I've seen people come in with their large breeds and leave with something for them.”

Probably the only thing I do not love is the parking situation, but I can get passed that because the spot has everything you need to spoil your pup. “Another thanks to Yelp! I found this place.. We found baby chicks that we wanted- They have all the things we need to start up- like beginner poultry kit and feeds for our new chicks! Kit - $45 chicks - $10 each 8lb crumbles - $11 (food) not bad at all! They accept cards, Apple pay is what I used. Parking spots available and nice helpful staff! I recommen! thumbs up!”

“This place is great. Customer service is good. But the reason I gave it a 4 stars is because of the first time I went to this location the service started off great. I had brought my husky to a new pet store and he’s a shy husky. He had a few oopsies around the store. Some older lady that works there started to give me dirty looks after the one oopsie. The second time my doggie went again, she gave me her 2 cents about how my dog is not neutered and males leave their marks in places they smell females. ?yea I got a bit bothered and I just let it go. I walked it off around the store looking for more product for my floof. When I finally got what I came to get from the store. I had purchased a bag of Nulo kibble ( fyi that food is amazing I recommend to any one who has picky eater) by that time I had asked the cashier if her cans were still in sale? She said yes of course. I asked if I could leave and go pick up some cans? She said of course. I asked to leave my purchased bag at the register? She happened to ask the same old lady that was giving me dirty looks. ?. By then there was a few more people in line… and she puts me on blast in front of everyone. She tells the cashier “you can go get her the cans she wants because her dog is peeing everywhere”. I got really upset. And atomic bomb went off inside of me?. I kept composure. The cashier had tried to convince me to go and get the cans. I felt hurt and insulted, I told the cashier thanks but I don’t think I want them, I’ll just go else where because this woman has a problem with my dog. I was not about to start making a scene with this woman about her nasty comments. I contemplated on returning because I didn’t want to see her ever again. But since my floof is a picky eater and I’ve been searching everywhere heaven and earth looking and buying bags left and right that he just doesn’t want. I swallowed my pride and just went back 3 weeks later. Hoping I wouldn’t see that woman again. The second time I went back a kind man who worked there offered to help, I asked if I could talk to management about that woman’s nasty customer service. He helped me out and convinced me to come back again. And I do go back, I just have to watch out for that woman, and I don’t bring my floof there again sadly. And he likes pet stores once he gets used to them and sees other pups there. I have worked retail most of my life and I’ve never been this nasty to anyone. Let alone being put on the spot simply because my dog had an oopsie.”

“So I had been looking around for a prescription cat food that was prescribed to my ailing fur baby girl and was having a hard time finding what I needed so I called Urban pet and spoke to a very helpful woman who said they didn't carry what I was looking for but instead suggested that I consider a nonprescription alternative and provided me with a lot of really good information. With this information, I was able to do some research and determine that there are way better products on the market than the prescription stuff that they recommend for your animals. So the following day, I went into the store and spoke with the young man who was extremely helpful in explaining which food would be best based on my animals needs. I have to say that the staff here was friendly from the minute I walked in the door, they were very eager to assist and very very knowledgeable about all the products that they carried. I was extremely happy to be able to get good information and what I think is a better food for my little girl. This place is phenomena and has a great selection. I wholeheartedly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a great pet store with a great selection and knowledgeable staff. And good prices too !!”

“Took my shy boy to this place (it was both our first times) and it took him a little while to get used to all the sites and smells and sounds here but he ended up loving it (ask me about the turkey neck he ate that I had to pay for lol). Talk with them about exactly what you want and they take notes and remember next time that "Buddy can't have clippers around his face". We'll keep going as long as they'll take us.
