“Our pup, Gumbo, has been here three times now. He’s a large dog and has a lot of anxiety because of his past. He is definitely not the “easiest customer.” As owners, we are very selective about where we bring him. Each time, he is warmly welcomed by the team and is clearly well cared for. He leaves looking and smelling wonderful (we’ve had numerous people compliment how well his coat looks afterwards). We highly recommend Pets Fifth Avenue!”

“We loved visiting Da Moor’s Feed & Tack. We weren’t looking for anything in particular but enjoyed seeing all the horse tack that was available. Employees were super nice, and it was cute to see the two “shop cats” eating dinner - LOLWe ended up buying a couple plush horses for our daughter.”

It wasn’t too expensive (compared to other places i’ve been in) and they took me in with the earliest appointment! I’m happy I came here and they even called the next day to check on my pup!”

“This place is absolutely amazing. Today, my little cockatiel got attacked by an eagle. I let him outside (in his cage) for some fresh air and the eagle was picking at the cage and almost took my little baby. He survived, but his wing had been nicked. I was told to go to Pets R Us to see if they may have any medicine for him. Harut, the wonderful owner, took him out the cage and checked his little wing. He said all was alright and told me what to do to avoid infection. He gave me peace of mind, knowing he had been checked by Harut (who must have a lot of experience with birds since he was so gentle and so swift while looking at my little Tito). I also looked at some toys for my bird and some treats. Harut had a wide selection of items that were priced very well. My new go-to pet store is Pets R Us! Harut, if you're reading this... once again, THANK YOU SO MUCH!”

“Update: I'm still very, very pleased. I was given a prescription and I just had a difficult time finding the medicine. My cat started getting super ill and lethargic because she needed UTI meds. Jasmine squeezed me in the afternoon, so okay I showed up early and window shopped and hoped that an opening would happen sooner. I met with Dr. Rally and the vet tech Quazia (forgive me for butchering names). Again, lovely, gentle,compassionate folks. Dr. Rally checked Shadow again because she turned worse over night. I'm a premier member, so no exam fee...Yay! She also said, let's follow up about other tests over time, because she's getting along in years. However, she got me different antibiotics and it was significantly cheaper. Quazia sat with me and gave me the options doctor suggested. She encouraged me and helped me to stay strong through this. She shared about something that her dog over came and I felt so comforted. We just lost our other kitty 2 years ago and it's quite traumatizing. I'm happy to report, my sweet Shadow has improved significantly. She's responding well to the meds, is calmer, eating, drinking, moving about and is not hitting the box every few seconds. She's resting and though still a little tired and slow, I can see a big improvement from the night before. Thank you Vetco Glendale, thank you Dr. Rally and the entire staff. I am so incredibly grateful for all your care and wonderful service.”
