“Charlie doesn't do well with strangers handling him and he was anxious for days after another groomer. Maggie must have the right touch because Charlie is always back to his normal behavior shortly after coming out. She is thorough and we always get a lot of compliments on Charlie's haircuts.”

“Cruz is the man!I've been struggling to find a groomer that's patient to cut my baby's hair! I took my puppy to Petco, petsmart & others & no one wanted to because my boy is hyper! I gave Cruz a call early morning he said come back later on the day, not only am I satisfied with the work, but the fact that he was patient enough to do it was good enough for me! We didn't get a complete face trim because it was my boy first time but I'll definitely be coming back! Thanks man for being so patient and willing to work with my puppy!”

“My dog is not a sweets kind of guy. He loves himself meat and cheese flavored goodies, and leaves sweet or fruity snacks untouched. Let me tell you! His family and him absolutely devoured these treats! The cake was his favorite. He would sit and wait politely every time we opened the fridge just waiting to get another cake slice. All the snacks smelled pleasant even to us humans. They also have soft treats which worked great for our older Chihuahua with fragile teeth. Additionally the bakery sells various non bakery items like toys and the like as well. Definitely recommend their bakery items...they are dog approved by our 6 dogs ?”

“I love this store!!! I came in today hoping that I could get my dog groomed but, unfortunately the grooms were done for the day. I was bummed, but an employee, Jack explained how the groomers finish at a certain time, and booking an appointment is what I should do instead. Jack showed me Urban Pet has self wash stations! Gave me a quick run down of how it works and let me know of a daily deal on Mondays for the self wash. Jack gave me some fresh towels! After his bath they gave my pup some treats! My boy has chicken allergy, but Jack made sure to ask before giving him any. They also helped me out with some food recommendations for my pup's sister. Jack hooked it up with some samples and a free membership! Definitely will be coming back, people here know their stuff!!!”
