I called them last minute since I was just visiting the area with my dog. The man I spoke to was very friendly. It took about 3 hours and my pup looked so cute! He is a long haired corgi so and getting the right cut is usually tricky for us.

Customer service was above and beyond. I really appreciated all the help I was provided with. The thought and consideration in holding the door and checking in for me in advance was unexpected since my arrival to the grooming store, so I was really happy to hear that.
