I cannot attest to the merits of the nearby dentist or the massage parlour, though the latter has a nice pink glow that reminds me of something I can't quite put my finger on or in.”

“Found a sweet kitty by my pool today and brought her in.. Needed to get some supplies and popped in here while trying to pick up some passes from Brain Dead.I'm a Glassell Park gal, but honestly, the guy working in the shop was such an Angel and so hopefully, I might trek over here to support. He happily helped me pick a good litter + box and even threw me a few food samples because he knew I was fostering. He was just in an all around good mood with all his customers and I really appreciated that. Just wanted to pop in and leave my appreciation! Thank you!”

“My dog, Mr. C, adores IDMD. Every Thursday morning he excitedly lets me know that it's daycare day. As we get out of the car, he is happily greeted by name and pulls me like a rocket to the lobby, where he huffs and bounces with excitement until he gets to go play with all his human and canine friends. I find the staff to be caring, kind, and helpful - my (let's say "picky") dog is my litmus test - his joy to be there and his happy exhaustion at the end of the day are testament to the great team behind the counter and with the dogs. The place is clean and friendly. We always feel safe boarding here - even when Mr. C got snapped at (he stepped on a sleeping dog, I guess he never heard the adage), the IDMD team took charge and got him to the vet to get the nip checked out - keeping us updated so we didn't have to worry while overseas. He was just fine. I like that the team keeps everyone up on vaccines, and I am so grateful that Mr. C has a carefully-monitored daycare setting where he can chill with other doggos. We buy a year in advance to take advantage of the multi-visit discount, and we have a standing reservation, which helps in such a popular place. Big thanks to the IDMD team for being an important part of our life!”

Probably the only thing I do not love is the parking situation, but I can get passed that because the spot has everything you need to spoil your pup. Staff have been helpful, and I literally find everything I need at this store and more.”

“We are in the process of researching backyard chickens. My children enjoy coming here and looking at the available female chicks. I was able to ask the nice lady that works here a lot of questions about chicken husbandry and she was really nice about it, and patient. This is probably the closest place for me to get supplies, or I have to drive all the way to Pomona. Great! And the staff is very well versed in bird husbandry.”

As a hobbyist, you start to look for deals, alternatives, and other sources for hobby. But most importantly, you want to know which fishes go well together and what makes them happy. This owner know the numbers and what makes them happy. I've gotten advice from this owner many times in the past and always good solid information. When me and my son started this hobby. We were told that neon tetras are cool fishes and they love to school. After getting some we learned that they're hearty and really do school. The swimming patterns they make are exciting to watch. What's more is that I get compliments about my tank from the neon tetras. I now own 30+ neon tetras and the schooling formations are amazing. Recently I've tried to add a few runny nose tetras and I've gotten a few deaths which is expected in learning this hobby. The owner helped me trouble shoot what issues are most likely the problems and stressing out my fishes. Long story short my co2 levels were too high and I was starving my fishes of oxygen. Even after googling these issues, i learned it was easier to talk to the owner about them. 10-15 mins of trouble shoot talking with him saved me hours on the internet. I really appreciate him and will return to add more fishes to my school and talk about fishes!”

“Cruz is the man!I've been struggling to find a groomer that's patient to cut my baby's hair! I took my puppy to Petco, petsmart & others & no one wanted to because my boy is hyper! I gave Cruz a call early morning he said come back later on the day, not only am I satisfied with the work, but the fact that he was patient enough to do it was good enough for me! We didn't get a complete face trim because it was my boy first time but I'll definitely be coming back! Thanks man for being so patient and willing to work with my puppy!”

“This review is looong overdue. I don’t even live in California anymore, but I still have the dog (now 14 years old!) who’s allergies and food intolerances they helped me identify and then helped me address. They even gave me extremely expensive food at cost while I was in college and unable to afford to feed to a 70 lb dog at mark-up. I think that having my dog on that very expensive, premade raw food for a couple of years helped to heal my dogs gut and improve his immune system so much that I can now give him home-cooked food (including some of the proteins that he used to be allergic/reactive too) instead of buying expensive premade raw foods and he no longer exhibits any of the severe allergies that he when I first went to Rosie Bunny Bean seeking guidances. No more itchy, infected yeasty-paws, no more pox-marked belly covered in itchy red spots, and now more ear injections that cause my dog to shake his head and scratch his ears until they bleed. In fact, he’s a large dog who is now 14 years old and still a healthy, energetic boy who climbs two flights of stairs to my apartment a couple times per day, enjoys his walks, and looks much younger than his years.Rosie Bunny Bean stand out in mind as the single most caring and accommodating business I have ever had the privilege to patronize.”

“3.8 starsA friend of mine is a loyal customer of this pet store, so I decided to check it out. I came for some dog treats and was floored by the variety and quality! The store was very clean and the food and treats were all perfectly aligned...the store seemed instagram-worthy. And the employees were all very welcoming. Also, at the front-facing part of the store, there are bathtubs that dog owners may rent to bathe their dogs.Free, limited time parking is available in the back. While I thought the quality was nice, the price for a small bag of treats can really dent the wallet. I imagine the regular food will be the same. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase of Plato's chicken dog treat for small dogs. My dog loves it!”
