I am very happy with the service so far. I got a prompt appointment from Alex, the minor service was completed in less than a day, the price was reasonable, and he inspected the car thoroughly. I plan to return!
If you want your vehicle repaired correctly, the first time around, using only OEM parts (unless otherwise directed by customer), then you found the repair shop for YOU!
Plenty of shops cut corners, but at AK Auto you get what you pay for. No need to visit the dealership and have them hold your car hostage for days on end only to stick you with an outrageous repair bill. I treat every car that comes in as if it were my own, and try to give the customer as many options as possible with as much information as to which route is most cost effective.
