“I was referred to Matt by my insurance co. I had purchased a used car that had a headlight cover that was "cloudy." The dealer where I purchased the 9 yr old car buffed it out using a sander, making it so much worse. I went to Matt, thinking I would need to order a new cover. He asked to give him 20 minutes, & to my pleasant surprise, it looked brand new when he finished. Cost? Zero. Ty Matt!”
“My car had trouble starting and so I asked someone at this AutoZone if they could check my battery. Tamera was nice, patient, polite and checked it. It had corrosion so she cleaned it for me and then was kind enough to add pads and grease to prevent any more. Great customer service!”

Everywhere we talked to about the explorer said they couldn't Match the paint exactly due to age and sun fading, but these people matched it spot on. “Super grateful For these guys today. My muffler was hanging low after a strap had popped and I didn't realize. Had to back up over a curb to move some furniture, and it ended up completely bending my muffler backwards underneath the truck, crimping it and destroying it. I googled the nearest auto body shop and these guys popped up first, I'm so glad they did! They cut the bent part off totally free of charge so I could safely get myself home an hour away and inspected everything underneath to make sure I'd get home safe. Real class acts, can't thank them enough. If I had any body work I needed done, I'd go out of my way to come here. You don't come across honest, helpful and kind auto workers like this every day. Thanks again guys!!”

“Francisco is amazing! He is incredibly quick and sets up consultations immediately. I gave him the truck on a Thursday before leaving for a weekend trip and he said it would have been ready Monday at the latest but I wasn’t back until Tuesday so it gave him extra time. The color match was perfect and it came back looking amazing! There was a minor scratch on the edge of my driver side door after that he also offered to fix. Wonderful customer service and faster than I could ever have expected!”
“Tommy wisely questioned my decision to fix an older vehicle with 200k+ miles on it. I told him that I was given a verbal estimate over the phone from a competitor and that it was too high so if his estimate was close to that, I would just end up salvaging the vehicle. This did not detour Tommy - he took lots of pictures and entered everything into his quotation software. After printing out the quote and giving it to me (higher than I expected) he gave me a name of a good salvage company. Collision Connection didn't even charge for the estimate. I'm sure that had I gone through with it - they would've taken care of me. I figure - if they go through great detail on the small things, they'll do the same with the big things!”

Went to Gerber Collision and Glass in Tontitown and David and his team took care of me and removed the decals and all the adhesive in like 15 minutes leaving the glass pristine.
