The dealer where I purchased the 9 yr old car buffed it out using a sander, making it so much worse. I went to Matt, thinking I would need to order a new cover. “Stellar service and commitment! Had an issue with our 5th wheel's tandem balancers. Didn't know how bad it was but as we're fulltime RVers we knew we shouldn't wait the 3-4 weeks everywhere else wanted. Scotty recognized our need and worked through the first day trying to get parts for us (without even seeing the 5th wheel, off my limited background in suspension). Parts had to be overnighted and In 3 days we got in and his team got our RV back on the road in one day. Will work with these guys again if we're in the vicinity and need help.”

“I had a great experience with Payless Auto Salvage in purchasing a replacement tire for my Chrysler 200. It is as easy to find the inventory online using their website and I simply called to confirm. I paid in advance over the phone and they were able to pull the tire off and had it ready for me to pick up the next day. I imagine you can also come to check out the part before purchasing if you prefer. Note that the receipt says no refunds although they may exchange a part if there are others in the junk yard.”

“I went in to the store knowing almost nothing about automotive paint. I was trying to match a color on a 1965 piper airplane to use only for touch up. The owners wife helped me for close to an hour getting the paint matched and it came out perfect! She was as excited as I was! “It took 6 visits and multiple shops. It was not a fun process. The POS insurance adjusters Jacob and Nick from progressive tried their hardest not to pay for damages associated with the wreck. But after multiple phone calls to the mechanics involved in fixing our car and yelling and the insurance people, basically forcing everyone to be honest, we got the repairs paid for. We are still out of pocket thousands of dollars from lost wages and rental cars. But in the end, our car did get fixed. Don't let insurance adjusters or mechanics steam roll you. If your car was in a wreck, make insurance pay for everything! That is their job!”

“Took an older vehicle to Dave’s to get body work done after we got sideswiped. Really wasn’t expecting much considering the age of the car. Was willing to accept the paint being a little off, maybe not a perfect hood alignment, or the little pieces of plastic and the fasteners in the engine compartment to be not addressed or missing. Holy cow. They not only spent a lot of time helping us find the replacement parts (two bumpers left in the country), but went above and beyond making things work. And the car looks better than new. Every single fastener was in place (they used new ones where they needed to), hood lined up perfectly, and the paint was flawless. Plus I got it back way sooner than I thought I would. Go see these guys.”

“These folks are my heroes! I was in Eureka Springs from Louisiana when someone pointed out that my rear tire was about to blow out on my bike. So I quickly phoned Sunrise Honda about 35 miles away and learned that they had a tire in the size I needed to fit my bike. So I held my breath and made a dash for Rogers Arkansas. When I got there around 11am my bike was put back in the garage fairly quickly and within 2 hours I was ready to roll on new rubber. Had they said they couldn't get to it today (Saturday) I would have had to wait until next week to get the work done which would have cost me more to rent my hotel room for additional nights...plus I would not have made it back home Monday in time to return to work from my vacation. Sunrise Honda really saved the day for me!! A huge THANK YOU to the crew for getting me taken care of so quickly and getting me back on the road!!”
