“I had a dead battery and went there to get it replaced. Juan was super helpful in picking the one I needed, and he put it in. He seemed genuinely happy to help me even though it was raining. He even went the extra mile by putting a battery backup in the car so I wouldn't lose all my programming. Yes, I know that they are supposed to install the battery, but his attitude was wonderful. He even took the time to explain how to clean the posts and why it's so important in my car to make sure they are always clean.”

I told him that I was given a verbal estimate over the phone from a competitor and that it was too high so if his estimate was close to that, I would just end up salvaging the vehicle. After printing out the quote and giving it to me (higher than I expected) he gave me a name of a good salvage company. Collision Connection didn't even charge for the estimate.
