A young man named Gavin helped her for about an hour, taking her through a complicated replacement, lending her tools and getting her back on the road. She was panicked because she’d never done it before and dad wasn’t able to be there. I know he probably got in a little trouble being outside for so long but on a Sunday evening, she would have been pretty much stranded without his help. There was some damage to my windshield that I feel happened while it was there in the shop, it was minor, and I asked for repair and they did the repair without any trouble. Car looks good, nice repair job. Would recommend. I also recommend Farmer's Insurance. They give you a daily allowance for time your car is in the shop.”

“I have a 2018 Honda CR-V and in January my A/C had ceased to function. I brought my car in for service to Honda of Fayetteville, where it was improperly and not diagnosed at all. I was told the engine was too small for the engine compartment and that's just part of my model. For five months after the initial diagnosis, I had no A/C. I found HondaPro Honda-Acura while searching online, and I was able to make a next-day appointment. When I brought my car in, the staff were super nice and my car was serviced and diagnosed quickly.
