“I am SO glad i finally took my car to these guys! I had been having all my work done (oil changes and tires, etc) at Walmart, but it took them FOREVER! The last time they put on new tires it took over 3 hours. In total, Elkins Quik Lube has done 2 oil changes, tire rotation, and today 5 tires mounted and balanced today. I just showed up out of the blue, didn't call them...to have all tires and a new tire for the spare mounted. I waited MAYBE 15 minutes before they started on my car. 35 minutes later they were done! I actually had 2 jounce bumpers that when i replaced the springs, i could not get in, they were just laying there. After they rotated my tires i got looking when i got home and the jounce bumpers were installed.....they did this for free and without me asking them to do it! My only regret is i didn't come here sooner!”

I live in Centerton now, but I love this dealership so much that I make the drive down to fayetteville so they can service my car and they've done it all! I am absolutely ignorant when it comes to cars and cannot overstate how grateful I am to the service department. They are accomodating to my questions no matter how trivial and do not pressure me into purchasing anything that I dont absolutely need. My recent visit involved major service, and I was concerned about possibly needing my brakes changed and I requested additional help trying to figure out a problem with my cars alarm system and Amos is so wonderful, he explained to me how the brakes are measured and when I should expect to replace them, and also looked into the alarm issue but could not replicate the issue and instead put a new battery in my keyfob in hopes maybe the battery I had in it was causing a malfunction.Services: Transmission”
