“I was in a very unexpected hard spot when I came into the Carmart on MLK. My SUV kept going out on me, but being a 2006 and 195k miles that is expected but was out of the blue for me so I wasn't completely unprepared. The customer service the whole time was outstanding, they were patient while I felt like everything was going wrong on my end. I had to call my job to get a URL for the checkstub, which I also had to call my work IT as my account was locked for it, Issues with my phone, couldn't find my title, everything was nuts. They went out of their way when I know other places wouldn't. 5/5 stars all the way.Not to mention when I went in to pick up my car there was a customer who was getting her 14th vehicle from them, said this was the only place she goes.Talk about loyal customers. Now they have another.”
“I apparently drove through a freshly painted handicap parking signage and received blue paint splatter on my car. They were able to remove all signs of the paint without having to replace any parts. “Customer service at its finest. I’ve never met a more honest car dealer in 40 years of life. We purchased a truck from Vincent and immediately had some mechanical issues (within hours). Not only did Vincent drive 3 hours to come pick up our vehicle to have it checked out but he fixed the issues without charge. “I have a 2018 Honda CR-V and in January my A/C had ceased to function. I brought my car in for service to Honda of Fayetteville, where it was improperly and not diagnosed at all. I was told the engine was too small for the engine compartment and that's just part of my model. For five months after the initial diagnosis, I had no A/C. I found HondaPro Honda-Acura while searching online, and I was able to make a next-day appointment. When I brought my car in, the staff were super nice and my car was serviced and diagnosed quickly. Turns out some parts that were under warranty needed to be replaced. I wouldn't have gotten this figured out if it wasn't for the help of HondaPro Honda-Acura!”

He garunteed it was and would hold it for me 24hrs as I had to drive 5hrs from North Ms. Well upon arrival with my mechanic, there it sat just as he said. We test drove it, Shawn said take all the time you need I'm open till 6pm. 1 1/2 later I was ecstatically headed home in my new ride.
