I didn't catch the guys name, but he was super helpful and suggested a lot of great accessories. He helped me order a new phone, add a new line, take care of billing issues and just really took care of everything I addressed. Great employee. Wish ATT had more like him.

I was very happy with my visit. Eric helped me find a new phone and I am very happy with it he helped me get just what I needed. I waited a while but was told when I arrived how many people were ahead of me and the wait could be a bit so it was expected. I was checked on while waiting which I found very nice too.

Walked to the store because my phone screen would not light up. Eric came over to check us in, asked if there was something he could help us with real quick. Told him the problem. He asked ro see my phone and was able to rest the phone without losing any of my stuff. Eric is a great guy. Thank you sir.
