I needed a new sim card because my phone wasn't getting 5G and Eric fixed my issue so fast it was quicker than getting a hamburger at McDonald's. Super professional while still very kind in temperament. Very knowledgeable, knew exactly how to fix my problem, grabbed what I needed and fixed it quicker than I could have imagined.

Kendra did an absolutely amazing job of taking care of our entire family when it was time to upgrade our phones. She made the process seamless and was incredibly knowledgable and helpful. She is the reason we will be loyal to the Fort Smith store.

Very uneducated staff every person provided me different and wrong information for same question they totally rob costumers .. guys beter call costumer service if you didn’t want waist money and time.. totally layer representatives

The associate who helped us was very nice and knowledgeable. We came in with several things needing done and she handled it all with ease and a positive attitude. We've never had a bad experience at this store.

My wife and I have used AT & T for several years for our cell phone service. We have added our four children over the years, and currently have six lines and spend quite a bit each month on our bill. Our 12 yr old daughter fell today and broke her phone. We have the insurance and have never had to use it before. We made an appointment to see what all needs to be done. The person that waited on us couldn't be bothered. We didn't know that AT &T uses a third party to deal with claims and that we had to take care of it ourselves. When we tried to ask a few questions about the process he hurried us along like we were a nuisance. After years of spending thousands of dollars a year for their services, we will be looking elsewhere. So, to the young man at the store on Rogers Ave in Ft. Smith, AR, do better, you're not very good at making a long time customer feel good about spending his money at your establishment.

I would like to recognize Ashley at this location. I had to replace my phone a few weeks ago and lost a lot of information that could not be transferred to my new phone. This was my third visit and I was very lucky to have her. I explained my concerns. She listened and said no problem we can fix that and she most certainly did so!! Ashley was caring, professional and knows her stuff!! Ask for Ashley!!

Gabriella was very competent and helpful. Literally was able to cut our bill in half, plus get us 2 new awesome phones. Better results than we expected. We thought about moving to another carrier before she helped us. She kept our business with AT&T. She made us very happy.

Rep could not figure out how to change my password. She was more interested in pushing a sale to either upgrade or to sell insurance. She told me to come home and try to do it on my laptop. She did not bother trying to see if another rep may know how to fix it. I will not go back to that store. Ive been with AT&T for 20+ years and Im thinking about changing carriers as by this rep she was more concerned about selling something instead of helping me keep my information safe!
