“Went in today for help purchasing an Apple Watch with fall detection and upgrading my 84 year old mother-in-laws galaxy phone to an iPhone 14. She recently had surgery and was unable to come with us. Miranda was fabulous. She answered our questions and helped us get the watch. We had to go to the other ATT store in Greenwood to get the phone switched out so the account owner would be there to approve everything. We got the new phone, but no attempt was made to move the pictures and contacts from the Android to the IPhone. It was only after leaving and showing my mother-in-law how to make a call that I realized there were no contacts. I called the Greenwood store back and was told that we would have to manually type all the contacts into the new iPhone. The manager said there was no way to move the data from the Android to the iPhone. I then called Miranda to confirm that there was no process for moving data between the two phones. She said she could do it and offered to meet us in a convenient location to do the transfer since she was driving home from work. She actually came to my mother-in-laws house after getting off work to set-up the phone and the watch for us. That’s amazing customer service!!! She was able to transfer the photos and contacts from one phone to the other, no problem. I highly recommend going to the store on Phoenix in Fort Smith and asking for Miranda.”

“Great, patient, and overall great friendly service was helpful in anyway possible. Patient in helping us set up the iPhone and even set up all accounts needed. Very professional I’d recommend anyone who is with cricket wireless or planning to use their services to try this location. First location we tried on Rogers were unorganized but they just opened so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. Oh and the two lovely women were also helpful with other customers and were great with Spanish speakers. I give them 5 stars. Great overall experience even when we took forever they were great. “Excellent Customer Service at this Cricket store. We were forced to upgrade one of our devices due to the 5g system upgrade in Feb 2022 and my husband did not want the cheap "free" phone they were offering us.This store was the only store in town that had a Samsung S20 in stock in their store. They did an excellent job dealing with my husband who was extremely upset about having to spend over $500 on new device to begin with but when we walked out of the store, he was very happy. Thank you so very much Eduadrdo for all of your help and understanding. You deserve the 5 Stars!!!”
