“I went to this Verizon store to upgrade my Motorola phone that I had had for 5 years. Theodore took the time to show me which phone was best for me and which plan was best for me. He was very professional and helpful.Theodore downloaded everything off my old phone onto my new phone. He also showed me some of the great features of my new Motorola edge Plus. He then help me sync my new Motorola edge Plus to my car's bluetooth. He mentioned several times and if I needed help or if I had any questions that I could call the store or come in and they would be glad to help.I would highly recommend this Verizon store and Theodore. “I have been a Tmobile customer for a very long time, and I usually will work with one person at a store until either they move stores or if I go to a different location. It has been a while since I felt like I have my dedicated salesperson at this store, but that has changed! Vincent is my guy! He helped me "jump" a phone, had another phone in the color I really wanted shipped to me, helped me add an apple watch line while making sure I was taking advantage of all the discounts and deals my plan allowed! He's great and saved me money! Thanks, Vincent, for being knowledgeable and friendly!”

“65-year-old retired gentleman. I had Hannah as my Go to person for picking out a new phone and changing from cricket to T-Mobile. Very helpful very knowledgeable very understanding of my limitations not knowing technical stuff as well as the younger people do. Was very pleased from start to finish, Hannah did not try to push me to cheap or too expensive. She listen to my needs, and figured out what I needed and I ended up with an apple 15. She set everything up for me and everything worked perfectly all I had to do when I got back home was to re-establish my passwords with Bank, credit cards, etc. because of the new phone was not recognized. Very easy to do though. Thanks again to Hannah for the great job you did. T-Mobile should be very proud of her and hopefully have more employees just like her. She is a great asset to your company. “I Would like to give this stores customer service a 10/10. Came here today because I broke my screen protector to my watch and needed it replaced. Went to a store on 43rd and McDowell where they immediately just tried to sell me another protector with out asking me the right question of "whats the number for the watch " he just asked for my number and said it wasn't the right coverage and i couldnt find my receipt to help with the situation. Well when I came to this store I was helped by Erick and right from the start asked me the right questions to help me out and find the warranty and even gave me a copy of the receipt again. Day and night between customer service thanks again !!!”
