“I thought I needed the charging port replaced on my Galaxy S22, so I called a few places for quotes. Not only was iPhoenix Cellphone & Repair about half the price of everyone else, he was also the only one that asked questions about the issue and surmised that all I probably needed was a cleaning. He suggested I bring it in for him to take a quick look. I brought the phone in, and 20 minutes later it was charging perfectly again for a grand total of $25. Couldn't have been a nicer experience. Granted, the neighborhood didn't seem super safe, but that's probably what lets him keep prices low. Would definitely recommend.”

“The staff were friendly and professional. I’ve had some bad experiences when having to go into a Verizon store and was totally prepared for my experience at this store to be the same. I was very surprised and how helpful the staff were and I did feel like they helped me maximize my savings on a new device. The only issue which I’ve experienced was that I set up an appointment online and received a text saying that my appointment was scheduled. When I arrived at the store they didn’t have an appointment scheduled for me and I had to wait to get helped.”

“I went to this Verizon store to upgrade my Motorola phone that I had had for 5 years. Theodore took the time to show me which phone was best for me and which plan was best for me. He was very professional and helpful.Theodore downloaded everything off my old phone onto my new phone. He also showed me some of the great features of my new Motorola edge Plus. He then help me sync my new Motorola edge Plus to my car's bluetooth. He mentioned several times and if I needed help or if I had any questions that I could call the store or come in and they would be glad to help.I would highly recommend this Verizon store and Theodore. Great customer service!”

She is the perfect example of what exceptional customer service should look like. I was having a hard time with my order and getting the self checkout to work when she came to help me. “65-year-old retired gentleman. I had Hannah as my Go to person for picking out a new phone and changing from cricket to T-Mobile. Very helpful very knowledgeable very understanding of my limitations not knowing technical stuff as well as the younger people do. Was very pleased from start to finish, Hannah did not try to push me to cheap or too expensive. She listen to my needs, and figured out what I needed and I ended up with an apple 15. She set everything up for me and everything worked perfectly all I had to do when I got back home was to re-establish my passwords with Bank, credit cards, etc. because of the new phone was not recognized. Very easy to do though. Thanks again to Hannah for the great job you did. T-Mobile should be very proud of her and hopefully have more employees just like her. She is a great asset to your company. “It’s amazing the lies that people can leave as comments. I had such an amazing experience here that I wanted to leave a review. It’s a shame that while I was in the process I seen the most recent comment. I was the last customer in the store. The store closes at 8pm and I left a little past 8pm. The nice employee walked me out and like any store that closes at a certain time, they locked the doors. I was sitting in my car watching this lady come and knock at the window and yell to be let in. First off, no one told you to come back if you don’t like this store, second if you can’t get your thing together and make it before a store closes, don’t blame the employee that are now closing the store. Funny thing is that the person that wrote the bad review is probably going to deny all of this because as we can see nothing is her fault. The last time I check no one forces us to go to a store, we go on our own free will. I hope the lies that the person that left that offer review don’t deter anyone else from coming to this store.
